Dominos seem to hide prices when u are calling in an order So u see their special 2 - 2topping med pizzas for 6.99 ea. But. . for just 1 pizza medium pizza there is no set price No price online for each additional topping. So I order 1 med 2 topping pizza and it cost over $15dollars. I urge anytime one places an order, always get their exact special . And even if you are only ordering for 1, order the 2 pizza special and give the second one to the deer or put in your freezer. Be afraid, be very afraid when they do not post other prices online.

Ordered three delivery pizzas. Employee asked for address. When pizza did not arrive. Called and they said it was accidentally marked as pickup and they would deliver it as it had been sitting under the warmer. Waited another 15 minutes. Mind you it was .7 miles for the delivery.When calling again employee was very rude and said he was going to hang up and cancel our order. When I explained it was their mistake he said that he would have to review it. After an hour and 40 minutes it arrived. No apology . I demanded a full refund. Would give this a negative -5 star review if I could.

I don’t usually leave reviews, good or bad, but the stuffed crust pizza I just picked up was piping hot, ready in about 10 minutes, and was out of this world delicious! Not to mention, the staff was friendly and store was clean inside :-)
Every one has their preferences, but this Dominos is pretty locked in. Haven’t had any delivery issues and the pizza is always great! Thanks.

I placed an order online on 10-31-24, It showed to be put in & started on at 8:03 pm & it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I got there 12 minutes later & they hadn't even finished making them & put them to cook. The screen said 9 minutes til they were ready for me. NO that was NOT the case . I got them around 8:40 . The younger guy proceeded to charge me , so I told him there should be a discount of some sort for y'all taking 30 minutes to make it & serve me . Then an older guy said we are 1 to 1 1/2 hours behind on our orders, since it's a holiday. I told him then that's what y'all should put online he just answered those orders do not come directly to our store they go to corporate or something like that. They were more worried about all the deliveries & not carry outs . They were all confused on orders & kept having to start over on several . Very unorganized place. If it were not because it was late & I was traveling in to town , I would have left the place without the pizza. Pizza that mind you was not even good after all that . Will not be ordering from them any more & recommend y'all Do Not either. One of the workers raised her voice to the older guy & said to him I'm telling you we did make those pizzas but someone is taking the wrong orders for delivery. Elder guy had Very Bad Manners for all of us guests who came in the lobby.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOMINOS!! If they mess up on your order, don’t expect them to fix it!! I ordered a thin meat za with xtra cheese. I got a pan pizza and no xtra cheese. Ryan the General Manager did not even give a shit to talk to me and said they would refund the order. It’s been a week and no refund. Ended up throwing half the order away because it tasted horrible. The bacon jalapeño cheese bread had a pile of jalapeños in it with barely any cheese etc.. Just so disappointed!! I am a Domino’s guy and will never go back to this store!! It will be a long time before I trust Dominos again!! Ryan the Manager still has not reached out, I even went to the store and the shift manager said he would close contact the General Manager. I would normally let this go but, this Dominos seems not to give a shit about their customers!!

Ordered pizza this past Saturday (Oct. 5th), paid using PayPal. Pizza arrived almost 30 min. late, cold. I tipped driver $4 cash only get a cold pizza, cold mac n cheese and cold tatertots for my daughter.
Domino's knew they screwed up and try to offer me a coupon to buy more pizza in the future. Refused coupon, there is no more future for me at the Dominos in Spring Branch Tx
