Just left smells horrible. Service was awful she stayed on the phone for 10 minutes before acknowledging customers. Only to tell us she had too many cookies to bake and couldn’t do walk ins

Despite the employees being attentive and polite, they appeared unhappy when not assisting customers. I also noticed mold and bugs in the store, which was concerning. What truly solidified my negative experience was witnessing a confrontation where a father accused the owner of attempting to hit his daughter, who seemed to be a former teenage employee. On top of that, the cookies I received were extremely hard, and the ice cream had an off taste, as if it were expired.

Every time we come here the service is terrible. They young kids that work here are bad at customer service. The are very rude and look at you like you’re wasting their time. I don’t even know why this location is open after all the bad reviews. You’re going to spend too much money and for what? To get bad service!

For the past several Sundays we have gone in for a treat after lunch. The Girl working with no name tag, has glasses is soooo rude. She slams everything around as if you are interrupting her. She slammed the spoons to get ice cream out in water container I jumped. We stayed and sat inside just to see how others got treated. The next man was treated very nicely. Then this Sunday the man and his young daughter got treated just as rudely so it’s not just us. We will find another place to go.

What in the world is going on with this place lol I just left and the inside was absolutely disgusting, the ice cream was all half melted in the freezer and it’s $8 for a tiny sunday that was half melted looked and tasted like crap. Also $40 for the smallest ice cream cake that will feed two people lol. Worst place ever

Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter for Valentine's day, the girls were very accommodating. Great customer service, the cake was great made my daughters day!

I came to order a cookie cake last night 10-23 kind of last minute. The woman working was polite and accommodating. I was running last minute tasks to prepare for a birthday. Time ran a little (not much longer) late, I came back to check progress understandably as a rush had come in. I watched her take careful care of guests that came in and she worked so vigilantly to get our cake done and to expectations. The joy on all our faces of the specialty cake design was so worth coming to your location. Thank you for the best birthday cookie cake!!!The worker I could tell was busy but she handled it so well and our cake was perfect. Good job guys!

My son requests a cookie cake for his birthday every year and has for many years. This year was no exception, except this year’s cookie tasted OUTSTANDING! Everything about it was perfect. Everyone that had a piece asked which great American cookie store I got it from. This one was the best tasting cookie we have ever had.

This place is a hidden gem! Sally was fantastic and made us a custom designed cookie while we waited. Sally was very personable and made the experience very enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Very well maintained shop, very clean, very quick service with one worker, and great shakes would recommend to come back

Went in last night for some ice cream with my wife and her mango sherbet didn't taste right. I thought it was the odd looking granola she added to it so we went back and asked for a new scoop minus the granola powder. I was willing to pay for it since I thought it was the granola and did, but even then it didn't taste right and she said it just wasn't right, the consistency was off and maybe it was just a bad batch. But after paying for it and voicing the issue, the employees didn't show any interest in responding to the concern so we left. $12 later, no ice cream for my wife.

Same Great American Cookie place its always been with marble slab ice cream. How could you go wrong. Only comment was that only one person was working so it was slow, but good.

The girl that worked there the night of 10/22/2022 with glasses really needs a coaching lesson on customer service. Cranky?

It does get busy but staff is so friendly and welcoming ? I can't remember the workers name but she is a great conversationist and is a very welcoming attitude 10/10 for her?

The cake decorator at this location is a doll! She has helped me with a couple of cakes and her work is phenomenal. So thankful for her and her friendly service!
