Their app is seriously flawed. Twice in the last two weeks I waste my time on their app trying to order pizza only to be asked to check non-existent boxes or they’re having trouble processing the order (only to find out that the order went through). I call the store and given the lame excuse of it not being the problem of the person I was speak with. I paid Grimaldi’s truce as much for their pizza for the better service and better pizza. If you want my money make your app work.

We not only got the wrong pizzas- they were horrible! Recpt is correct on boxes but inside wrong - not even cheese on pepperoni pizza . Overcooked and horrible

I FREAKING love Marcos pizza. I slept on them a bit and I’m so sorry I did. They continuously show up for my family in terms of quality of food, service etc. I most recently scheduled ahead of time for my son’s birthday party and had a nearly $200 order and they were prompt and provided plates and plenty of cheese. This seriously makes party planning such a smooth thing to do. The pizza and hot wings are so good too I look forward to ordering again in the future!
