Sweetfire chicken is amazing!
Thursday night went and got a meal to go, got home and could tell something was wrong, the texture and the taste were so bad and so off. I called the store and they didn’t care. Just said bring it back and they will remake it. Whatever, I woke up at 3 am Thursday may 1 and I as sicker than I’ve ever been. Puking, butt pea, the whole 9 yards. Today Saturday the 2nd I’m finally starting to feel ok, will never eat here again.
This place ALWAYS messes up our order. NEVER FAILS! This community doesn’t live close to this location. We have to drive at least 15-25 minutes. Then you call and tell them they have us the wrong item and they make u drive all the way back over there and bring back the wrong item!! You can’t resell the item so what’s the purpose. It was ur mistake to begin with so do something to make up for your mistake!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
We ordered the chicken with green beans and honey sesame chicken. Both got sick as a dog the next day. Not sure if it was bad chicken, bad green beans, or both, but won’t be going back.
I think the food is going downhill at this location. The quality of the meat is suffering as well. I have always been able to count on Panda being consistent. Spring branch location is hit or miss.
People in the front yelling at the cooks like it’s going to make the food come out faster, then proceed to stand there with a mood creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I can wait for my food, yelling isn’t helping anything especially if it’s consecutive for no reason. The food was a good quality. Might stick to the drive thru for this place. Even there they can’t seem to smile at you though.
I've had a good experience each time I've been here. The food is hot, the service is friendly, and the tables are kept clean.
The wait time was average. I wanted fried rice, orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp. The shrimp wasn’t immediately ready so I had high hopes for hot and fresh. Well it was way closer to cold than hot, as you can see in the picture as it wouldn’t even melt the sauce. The serving sizes on the proteins are also small for the price you pay. The orange chicken was also barely warm and lacked sauce and flavor. Overall a very disappointing trip and I’m not sure I will ever return as the bang isn’t there for the buck.
This was really awful tonight. Dry and not enough sauce. I regret spending all that money on what used to be a great treat for me!
Not a fan of the egg rolls to be honest they taste like toilet.Or have the smell of a bathroom when you bite into them.Buttttt their customer service is outstanding and they were super nice and the rest of the food was great!

Fast, friendly staff, clean restaurant and juicy orange chicken with lo mein noodles. Thank you for a great lunch!
Stopped in and had the chicken teriyaki over white rice. The chicken had a good flavor and was nice and juicy, the staff was friendly and efficient and the restaurant was clean. Thank you.
Absolutely love the friendly, hospitable staff and the great, delicious, fresh food. Never disappointed
This review is from a meal we had at panda about one month ago. While eating our lo mein my spouse found a piece of metal wire in the dish. We immediately reported it to the restaurant manager who took a incident report. They did replace the dish, but we never received any sort of follow up from Panda at least acknowledging they were investigating with their lo mein provider. Apparently they use external providers for some ingredients. The piece of metal was actually quite scary and could have caused a major digestive issue, especially if ingested by an elderly or young person. Just be careful, especially with the lo mein.
Love the food, service was ok.
