As usual, the food was delicious, but we had really noticed that panda express seems so much more affordable than a lot of other options for quick food. Their pricing is still so affordable when feeding a family out for lunch or dinner.
The very best part of our lunch today was Staci, a kind, and generous, hard-working server, who went out of her way to take care of us and our small kids. I don’t know who reads this, but Staci really made a difference in our experience and our day in general today. Thanks Staci! 😁

Love coming to this location. Drive thru Leanneza was friendly and Manager Staci had great customer service. They were busy but made sure we were taken care of properly. Our order was perfect. Great portions as well. Thank you guys!

Food's consistently good, service is fantastic, and the location is clean everytime I visit. Reading the negative reviews below have to tune their expectations. It's Panda Express, not Fogo de Chão 🤣💀😭 The review with the food all over their seat has me rolling 🤣 Like, keep your bag upright, gravity doesn't stop just because the food's in a bag 👁️👄👁️

My wife specifically asked the manager/lead for less vegetables in the chow mein and was told that she couldn't do that. After telling her it was because of heartburn problems she still refused to comply.

Apparently the employees here can’t be bothered to close a to-go container properly. Thank you for the mess, last time I’ll ever give you any business.
Thursday night went and got a meal to go, got home and could tell something was wrong, the texture and the taste were so bad and so off. I called the store and they didn’t care. Just said bring it back and they will remake it. Whatever, I woke up at 3 am Thursday may 1 and I as sicker than I’ve ever been. Puking, butt pea, the whole 9 yards. Today Saturday the 2nd I’m finally starting to feel ok, will never eat here again.

This place ALWAYS messes up our order. NEVER FAILS! This community doesn’t live close to this location. We have to drive at least 15-25 minutes. Then you call and tell them they have us the wrong item and they make u drive all the way back over there and bring back the wrong item!! You can’t resell the item so what’s the purpose. It was ur mistake to begin with so do something to make up for your mistake!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We ordered the chicken with green beans and honey sesame chicken. Both got sick as a dog the next day. Not sure if it was bad chicken, bad green beans, or both, but won’t be going back.

I think the food is going downhill at this location. The quality of the meat is suffering as well. I have always been able to count on Panda being consistent. Spring branch location is hit or miss.

People in the front yelling at the cooks like it’s going to make the food come out faster, then proceed to stand there with a mood creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I can wait for my food, yelling isn’t helping anything especially if it’s consecutive for no reason. The food was a good quality. Might stick to the drive thru for this place. Even there they can’t seem to smile at you though.
