The staff her is awesome. They are friendly. The manager Mia was friendly and smiled all the time. She was great with the staff and with the customers. 1 cook stood out I think she said her name was Cairlen. She smiled and asked if I would like something made that I was looking for but they were out of at the time. The place was clean . The restrooms I didnt feel like omg I need to go but I think I will hold it situation lol.

I’ve been to this location a couple times. Today we came because I couldn’t place an order at the Stone Oak location via the app. We got there ahead of the estimated pickup time. This location is always very clean inside and while they get quite busy in the drive through the inside almost always seems chill.
When we got there the woman (I am remiss to say I did not get her name) who was on the last few minutes of her shift was very kind. She apologized our order wasn’t ready, which she did not have to do because we were early, gave my kid a water and made sure he was set up with a panda coloring book and crayons. When our order wasn’t ready done (5-7 min after eat pickup) Staci (Stacy?) was very sweet, took time to make sure we were taken care of, and was very friendly.
The food was hot and fresh. It was panda, you know what you’re going to get every time. If you don’t like it there are other more legit, less Americanized Chinese food places.

so this evening, I went into the spring branch location and I was waiting online. They were a little bit busy, not too bad, but I noticed that the gentleman in front of me didn’t speak very good English. She was trying his very best and I feel that the employee her name is staci was super rude to him he was trying to point at what he wanted because clearly he didn’t speak English. Well, she raised her voice at him and said I can’t see what you’re pointing at. Of course, he felt very uncomfortable and chose something else. She is super rude and unprofessional. I highly suggest management gets a hold of her and gets rid of her immediately. I’m a business owner myself and I would never want one of my employees to treat anybody this way. She was very racist towards a Mexican young gentleman that was just so kind I actually called her out on it and said all he was trying to do was pick something he wanted and you were so rude to him. She just went on pretty much ignored me. I just wanted to point out. I am Hispanic myself. I speak perfect English, but there is others that don’t and there’s no reason to treat them that way. I really hope management gets a hold of this and gets it taken care of immediately. If this was me she would be terminated immediately. Keep an eye on her. She treats people bad.

We came here on a Saturday night and it was the busiest we've ever seen it. We want to commend the manager, Staci, who did an outstanding job and kept cool under pressure. After the busyness died down, she went around to the different guests eating there (us, as well) and was extremely pleasant.

Out of all the days we have come to this location I have never been disappointed even in the slightest. Today however there was a drive through line all the way out to the main street, and a slew of online orders steadily coming in. I get that you all are busy but if you have a line of people that goes to the door and you dont acknowledge us at all thats an issue. Thankfully nobody was just standing around doing nothing, but there was people walking in saying their orders were wrong and no clear order to the madness. We ended up leaving after waiting for about 15 minutes due to not having any guidance as to how long the wait would be.
Like I said usually really great, but avoid if you are looking for dinner plans on a Sunday I guess.
I am not happy with the manager of this location. I placed an online order for pickup. When I went to pickup my order, using an email address that I only use for that, and showed her the email with the confirmation on it. She then questioned me further by asking for the phone number on the order.
I don't like to be asked a 2nd time if it is my order when I show you the proof for my order. You give the customer their food.

We travel through here once or twice a year during football season and eat here. It's always clean, they're friendly and the food is fresh. We had 4 of my grandkids and the cashier, whom I think was the manager, brought them stickers and all of us fortune cookies. She didn't just lay a stack on the table, she placed them by each of us. That takes time and thoughtfulness. We choose not to eat at our local Pandas due to lack of caring. Thank you!!!

As usual, the food was delicious, but we had really noticed that panda express seems so much more affordable than a lot of other options for quick food. Their pricing is still so affordable when feeding a family out for lunch or dinner.
The very best part of our lunch today was Staci, a kind, and generous, hard-working server, who went out of her way to take care of us and our small kids. I don’t know who reads this, but Staci really made a difference in our experience and our day in general today. Thanks Staci! 😁
