For my kid’s bday party he requested donuts & pizza. Shipleys happened to be close to the pizza shop he likes and knowing they have a wide range of variety I decided to place my order there, even though they charge twice the amount (even double what Lee’s donuts charge, which are our favorites but unfortunately too out of the way for what time I had). I ordered the day before I needed them. When I arrived at noon I did try to pick them up from the drive through, but no one came so I drove around to go inside. I could only see one worker and 2 people were ahead of me. When it was finally my turn I gave the lady my name and she handed me my box and said have a nice day. When I got home I noticed on the receipt that two items had been lightly highlighted. Upon opening the box I found out they had replaced 2 of my donuts with something else… one of which came with walnuts on top, something my kids would never eat. They had my number on the order but never called to talk about the need for a change. I don’t think there shove been a need to change up as I’d placed my order the day before. The lady at the register never mentioned/explained it either. Looking at the donuts they looked like 1-2 day old discount donuts from Walmart and that’s exactly how they tasted. Dried out donuts are not what I expected and definitely not worth paying twice the amount. Even HEB down the road has better quality for half the price. Will not be back and would not recommend.

There are rarely my fav fruity pebbles donuts.the cinnamon crunch donut is good but again rarely available.. the cherry iced has no cherry flavor, just food coloring. Please add flavor. The strawberry iced doesn’t have flavor to icing. love the maple or chocolate iced. Always looking for a more gourmet donut.

It's a great place to get your morning coffee and donuts for work days. Itis easy to get here and grab breakfast kolache and donuts for the team. Highly recommend for any visitors or donuts lovers. Good friendly staff and fast service. They have drive thru making the order much quicker. Good place 👍🍩☕

The store is clean and the staff is friendly highly recommended you take the drive to this one instead of going to New Braunfels!

Ordered sausage and cheese kolaches=no cheese. The locations in New Braunfels are much better. The dough, the “cheese”, and the actual sausage. It’s all very different. .

I wish there was a little more space to sit and that they had changing stations. The donuts were fantastic and the service is great though.
As with every donut place, they could’ve had more of the popular donuts, but that is life.

Literally the WORST shipleys ever!! DO NOT GO here!! I want to call corporate it’s THAT bad! They NEVER have ham and cheese kolaches on a Sunday. And IF they even have them in stock, they have a flimsy texture to them and almost always has a hole in it so the cheese has either leaked out or burnt or both. They don’t even know how to make them. I’ve been going back for about 9 months and it’s NOT getting better. Corporate needs to intervene.

So the young guy who helped me was great some people weren't very nice to him but he kept a smile and great attitude the entire time. However, the food all tasted old and after eating the cinnamon twist it felt as though there was a film on the inside of my mouth.. it was strange I've ordered this previously without issues. We ended up throwing away the food and going to a different donut shop.
