It’s subway so these days you just want to get what you expect and everything was as expected. We came near closing time with our kids. The employees were nice and took care of our “can we get a little more” requests. Keep up the service, would eat here again.

my son and i showed up at 8:50pm to get a few sandwiches…we didn’t realize they closed at 9 pm until they turned the lights off after we walked in. they begrudgingly asked what we wanted, so they started making our sandwiches …we asked if they can toast them and they said “no the oven is closed for cleaning” …poor customer service at its finest

We’ve been stopping into this subway periodically for about four years. I’ve got to say they sure don’t make them like they used to. I get that it’s gotten really hard to find good help. That and the men’s room was nasty.

Hire more people your line is out the door just to get a sandwich made
There was only one worker on shift. I felt really bad for the guy because he had a line out of the door. Midway through he obviously had to do some basic maintenance like bake more bread. Not really sure who owns this location, but I think during a 5 o’clock rush-hour it shouldn’t take me 45 minutes to get a sandwich.

In fact, they act like you’re bothering them.When I told the young girl that I wanted a foot-long flatbread sandwich, she just blankly stared at me, and then walked out of view. No acknowledgment.When the young guy came over, he just stared at me. I told him I wanted a foot-long sandwich on flatbread. No response, he finally gets the bread after he puts the rack away and moves some other stuff around all without acknowledging me. Then he throws the ham on the sandwich in a lump and proceeds to put cheese on top of it. When I asked him to spread it out, most of the meat is at one end, and one piece is on the other end. I asked him again to straighten it out. He acted like I asked him to change my tire.I informed both of them that if they hated the job so much, they shouldn’t work here. Do they realize that Customer Service is their job?Went to Jimmy John’s where I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello; also a suggestion on my order and a complete sandwich that wasn’t jacked up. Oh, I also had a free sandwich on my rewards card, which they pointed out to me.This Subway is so hit or miss with its service that it’s just not worth it to me anymore. I work hard and I don’t appreciate being treated this way when I’m coming into an establishment to spend my money.Hire people who care about the customers.
