Awful. Didn’t get what we ordered. The food we did get was old (previously made and staged. At least a couple hours old). Fast food can be hit or miss but this was the worst Taco Bell experience in many years. I do not recommend. Too many other restaurants around this location

Neybar assisted us and made sure we received a delicious meal and excellent service. We were especially delighted with the hospitality that we received while dining inside. Thank you to Neybar and the rest of the Taco Bell crew. We watched nearby business' employees coming to pick up something to eat here as well. We look forward to returning soon.

I always love Taco Bell but this one really really prioritizes it's drive-thru good for them I guess but if you're going to dine in I had to wait almost 30 minutes on my lunch break for my food and they still got it wrong and forgot my drink

Sad to say I have to come on to complaint about this location, came in on my lunch break and no there were no other guest in the lobby I did my order on kiosk, shortly after 2 more customers walked in order and got the order right after as I had been there before them but that is not even close the problem here. The lobby was ridiculously dirty windows dirty even under the registers on the counter was bunch of food crumbs underneath to add on the employees couldn’t really understand what we trying to tell them not sure if there is any employee in there that speaks English but they could hardly understand what we asking them, I came in with group of people for lunch we all asked for refund cause if the lobby is dirty I can only imagine the kitchen area and for the area it is in you would think it be better kept I will NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE COME TO THIS LOCATION

Today I walked 7 miles. In the blistering heat. The only thing that got me through this immense physical strenuation? The thought of a warm, juicy crunch wrap.

Alas, the nearest Taco Bell on my way home is curiously low rated, I shrug this off… how bad could it really be? Well, fellow google reviewers, let me tell you about this Taco Bell.

I order ahead on the app as my stomach growls, eager for beans. I shivered at the thought of a baja blast, so cold and gentle on my dry mouth. The total comes to a hefty $14.44– an expensive but worthy treat after my harrowing journey.

20 minutes pass after I place my order. We arrive to the gates of heaven— the door of taco bell practically aglow with promise of delectable food. I skip through it. Then, I notice something is amiss. On the table for mobile orders, I see no such thing. 10 more minutes pass. I begin to ponder eating fire sauce packets or cupping soda into my mouth. My brother goes to check on the order. The employee says he’d go check on it. He may have— but it was no use. 20 more minutes.

It is now 5:02. I am so hungry. So thirsty. So desperate. We ask once more, and a new worker (or possibly just a servant of the devil masquerading in the uniform of an angel) responds, “Oh I was just about to ask if you had arrived. “

What.

Why did I order ahead if you were going to wait for me to arrive?

What about the employee who checked on my order?

Nonetheless, we finally receive our food fifteen minutes later. With gracious open arms, I take the humble bag of prosperity and head to my car. There, I begin to eat.

The bean burrito slapped. So warm and fresh. However, I think the workers rigged it to explode, as on the first bite, red sauce cascaded down the tortilla, gushing for at least 35 seconds. As I continued to feast, I realized the beans were not just warm but molten lava. On to the crunch wrap, the star of the show. There is something so special about a crunch wrap. The thought makes my mouth water. This crunch wrap was no exception. The tostada was so crisp, not soggy in the slightest, thus when I noticed a short/medium length black hair staring back at me, I was deeply saddened.

But what I could do?

How can a girl say no to a crunch wrap?

I pulled the hair out and though I’m not proud to admit this, continued to eat it. Each bite better than the last, perhaps the hair provided a hint of seasoning, elevating the crunch experience— albeit grossly.

If you, like me, are a fire tier taco bell rewards member, I implore you: drive the extra ten minutes to go anywhere else. The taco bell experience is a sacred one. To the employees of 358 Singing Oaks, do you know how special your job is? You have not shown me you do today. You have totally and completely failed the sanctified reputation that a baja blast has worked tirelessly to achieve.

Do better.

Utilized Door Dash, this locations preferred delivery service. Our DD driver, Jeffrey, was great and responsive when we contacted him for the issues with our order. Our order was short by 1 burrito and 2 tacos, but a fun bonus- a super duper long hair in the fries!! We understand stuff happens, but when we called the store 5 times, no answer and goes to a busy signal. Hope this gets us a response from management. Really unacceptable service on multiple levels. Should have looked at the reviews first to realize this pitiful service is baseline for the location. Door Dash Order #b0bf0808-d8db-482b-b002-e5b1b3eb4688

Read the reviews...they are right.

Couldn't hear the cashier in the drive thru, then got my food, it was cold and they forgot the hotsauce I asked for.

Pretty bad.

You get items wrong repeatedly, sure. You don’t cook a lot of the items properly, fine. But when you skimp out my delivery order by like half the items… dude.

This location is awful, Taco Bell already over charges you but then the absolute carelessness with what you buy is beyond frustrating. Tacos thrown into the bag and cracked. Ice cold burritos with a sprinkle of meat. A quesadilla literally rolled up into a bag. Don’t waste your money.

Serious in need of better workers! The tacos had little to no meat same with lettuce and cheese. Very disappointing for a Taco Bell.

The food that we recieved was absolutely disgusting. Most of our meal had barely any meat in it. We spent over $50.00 and recieved bad quailty food and portions. The resturant was also out of a lot of items. We have decided that we will not be returning to Taco Bell. My expectations are not generally high when going to Taco Bell but this disappointed me more than I was l already prepared to be disappointed.
