The store is large & spacious with ample seating. The staff were helpful and they were patient while we sampled and took our time to choose our scoop.
The drawback though, is the lack of variety & poor, inaccurate or the lacking of proper labeling of ice cream and some ice creams ran out when we visited. There were some bits of ice cream that fell and mixed with the other ones. This store could do better with attention to detail and a bit more diligence.

I know this location has a lot of bad reviews, but just wanted to share a positive one. We ordered one sundae and another order of just two scoops of ice cream using ubereats tonight. They called at one point and said they were out of a particular flavor, so I gave them an alternative for my sundae. When our order arrived, my sundae was perfect - the scoops were big, there was plenty of hot fudge sauce and nuts, and my husband's order of ice cream was perfect. We can't...
