We had such a great experience at Benihana! From the moment we sat down, everything felt fun, welcoming, and delicious. The food was incredible, especially the Wagyu steaks, which were rich, tender, and cooked perfectly right in front of us. We waited 3 hours to get fed. They were severely understaffed and that was unacceptable for Veterans Appreciation or for a regular night. A 12 year old wanted to celebrate his birthday waited for 2 hours to get seated then another hour and a half at their seat they left. I love Benihana and was an employee some years ago. Last night was absolutely ridiculous and we had reservations.
There's a reason I travel almost an hour to the Woodlands Benihana when I have one 10 minutes away; Chef Manny!!! I have made a tradition of celebrating my grandkids birthdays here and always request Chef Manny, the kids love him, he's very charismatic, puts on a great and different show, and his food taste the best. If you haven't experienced Chef Manny, you are missing out.
