We just had an exceptional experience here at the Woodlands Benihana. Our server Gabriela was attentive, accurate, and kind. She worked so hard for our tables and all her tables. She had complex orders and met them with excellence and a smile. Gabriela is awesome! Our chef, Jacob, was fantastic! He was fun, entertaining, and everything was cooked well. The filet, scallops, chicken, rice, veggies- were all tasty and perfectly seasoned. The manager, Mandy, was helping all the servers on the floor function with ease and great flow. It was incredible to watch and experience. We will be back! Thank you!

Very very bad service! It was my first time here for a birthday, they literally couldn't explain how the menu works, the waiter was very slow and he didn't refill pur drinks not once. The chef started to cook on the grill and finished and our kids kept waiting on food , I asked what was taking long and they forgot to put in the order so we all ate and kids food came out at the end. So sad that our birthday boy didn't get his food on time.Not coming back and DO NOT RECOMMEND
