I travel Houston a lot for work and have eaten at several Salata locations. One thing I can say is they are consistent across their stores on taste and quality. I came in at lunch on a Sunday. The order line had my salad knocked out quickly. I got baby spinach, herb chicken, jalapenos, black olives, cucumbers, feta cheese, tomatoes and the herb vinaigrette dressing.
