I’ve been eating at Benihana’s since I was a little girl! Always a classic favorite! Atmosphere, food, and the experience of everything is always on point!
Went to restaurant with family, and the cook was horrible and he gave me burnt rice after I he repeated my order to me. The food all together was horrible. The amount of food that we received we would have been better off going to HB steak house in the amount of money that we spent. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED AND THIS LOCATION USE TO BE THE BEST LOCATION!!!!😡😡😡😡
Let’s start with the rude disposition of the visiting manager Rust Perry. He was very unprofessional and unaware of the practices of the current location, 1720 Lake Woodland Drive, Spring, Texas. My reservation was on 6/1 @5:30pm for a party of twelve. My entire party arrived at 6:15. Unfortunately, the chef did not arrive to do the hibachi until 8:00pm.
