I ordered oysters and came out in less than 4 minutes. The oysters look like they came out of the can and they will not serve them to you on the shell. The drunks were horrible tea isn't sweet and they make the worst old fashion I've ever had. Don't waste your

For several years, I'd drive past and always wondered about it. I finally got to check it out and wasn't too impressed. Ate here with my dad and uncle. I got the soft shell crab and bacon wrapped mussels. They got the salmon with the baked potato. They liked the salmon and thought it was pretty good. They enjoyed the rice that came with it. I got a taste, and it was quite good! I'd say the sauces that came with my meal made all the difference. While the food left a little to be desired, the service made up for it. The hostess and wait staff were very friendly, and helpful. Patient as well. Always on hand to answer questions, and just delightful to interact with.

Embarking on my "ONLY FIRSTS IN 2024" journey I found myself at Bleu Oyster Bar and Seafood, a spot that had caught my eye back in 2018 upon moving to Texas yet had never visited. So it took almost six years for me to finally step inside. Upon entry, the cozy interior defied the grand exterior, creating an unexpectedly intimate ambiance that surpassed my expectations. Despite its seemingly fancy exterior, the inside felt warmly homely. Our party of 11 received a prompt and welcoming reception, even without a reservation. Grant, our exceptional server, elevated the dining experience with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine smile. He seamlessly anticipated our needs, offering valuable menu insights and accommodating all our requests. Grant's efficiency and personable approach contributed to a flawless dining experience, striking the perfect balance between presence and allowing us to savor our meal.Though one in our group wasn't a fan of the hamburger (an adventurous choice at a seafood restaurant), the diverse menu pleased the majority. Personally, I opted for Devils on Horseback, dirty rice, fried pickles, and onion rings—perhaps unconventional for a seafood spot, but they proved to be delightful choices. The Fried Pickles, Onion Rings, and Dirty Rice were exceptional, though the jury is still out on the Bleu Sauce accompanying the perfectly cooked Bacon-wrapped Scallops (Devils on Horseback).Would def. return to Bleu, but that will have to be in 2025 as I continue my ONLY FIRSTS in 2024.Come follow me and all my culinary adventures and more at colefamilyvalues on I G, the Tok, and the Tube!

1st time here, Kim the server is the only person here for F.O.H., we were here as soon as she opened. She has us at the bar, 2 two tops a party of 8 that arrived who wants to sit outside. No "stone crab claws, no crawfish, no poor boys are even on the menu....heck should of gone to BLUEWATER SEAFOOD on 1960...they have crawfish . The cook(not a chef) evidently doesn't know the definition of "sear" for a yellowtail. Felt bad for Kim, no help...

The food was very high quality and fresh. The menu had very unique and delicious options that are hard to find in other restaurants such as the shrimp and cheese stuffed Japanese. The staff and owner were very friendly and delivered our food very quickly. 10/10 Would recommend eating here.

I went to enjoy a quick lunch break here on 01/09/2024, I decided to have a mojito and some oyster alongside of the queso with chips. Now the server was nice but not very attentive as the table I sat at had hair on it. Instead of saying let me clean the table, she offered to move me to a new table with no effort shown to clean the table at all. I was uberly disgusted. I will never eat here again. They need to shut this place down and give it a deep clean. My stomach went out the window. I paid 55.00 dollars and felt sick the entire day after leaving. This place should be ashamed. And just a note stop making the drinks so strong. A mojito should not be that strong.

Nice, cozy restaurant. I came for the oysters. However, their oysters are not on the shell?. It was different. The service was ...ok. My server was talking to another customer, but I guess he forgot about me. I had another server to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure I had refills and made sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciate it his hospitality when I was at the bar. Thank you again, guy in the red shirt?. This was my first time being here. I'll ask him to be my server.

The food was really good. Their version of oysters were amazing and well priced. The service was ok. They seemed more interested in talking to each other than their tables. Overall, a good experience.

I've eaten here three times and I came with family members who eat here weekly. We've always had wonderful meals and great, friendly service. Favorite dishes are fried oysters, fried snow crab, fried catfish, fried frog legs, and grilled catfish.
