I was there on a very, very busy promo customer appreciation night. The parking lot was PACKED. The staff was crazy busy. They still offered smiles, were friendly, and demonstrated good customer service. The ice cream was perfect, just right- not too hard, not melting. Exactly the right consistency. And OMG, the flavors were incredible. Thank you for great ice cream at a great price!
Bruster’s ice cream is the best around! So creamy and fresh with lots of flavors , seasonal flavors, too, to choose from. The shop itself is fun and nostalgic with tables outside to sit at. It’s our favorite spot to have a cold creamy sweet treat

You request a large cup only with 3 scoops and I kid you not you will only receive what would be equivalent to “1 Scoop” anywhere else. It’s like they are selling you an adult size drink but they give you the mini kiddy cup instead.
