Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻♀️

will never be back again. ordered food online (and paid). arrived at store to find they are closed. company NEVER issued a refund, rather, I had to dispute it with my credit card company. The company only reached out once saying they intended on making things right but NEVER DID. This place has the worst customer service EVER. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
never received my food as it was left outside the front door. driver never attempted to use my access code

the wings were so good really great original buffalo and the lemon pepper wings were the best season ones I tasted. Plus Jordan the worker at the time was really great even tho he was alone!!!!

I went in and ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak that was amazing. I believe Eduardo made my sandwich and Angel was the shift lead manager. I spoke with and everybody was so friendly. I love going to this location. The food is amazing. Thanks again.

This Charlie’s is in the Walmart on east louetta at N. 45 Freeway. I don’t go often but when I do those Philly cheesesteaks are always good. Not exactly like Philly or Jersey but the best copycat you can find in North Houston. And the natural fruit lemonades ain’t bad either. No bad Charlie not bad.
