From the time we walked in everyone greeted us with a smile and super nice. it reminded me of a small town where everyone greets one another. Our waitress was amazing, she offered us a drink to try because it was our first time going. The drink was delicious 😋 and our food was delicious as well. We had the sope & tacos.
The restrooms were super clean and looked really nice. They also have a playground.
Posiblemente uno de los restaurantes que peor me ha tratado en mi vida, la persona q nos tomó la orden no se molestó en regresar a ver si todo estaba bien, otra persona comenzó a limpiar la mesa antes de que hubiéramos terminado de comer, definitivamente no regresaré
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Mexico, but the wait time is way too long. They want you to wait standing outside; they don't have a system to let you know when your table is ready. They just want you to wait outside without moving from the line. Even though you see many empty tables, they have dozens of people waiting outside. They are definitely not well organized.

Los Cochinitos is a unique and authentic Mexican pork taqueria in Spring, not typical TexMex. The restaurant offers an outstanding, family-friendly environment with a kids jungle gym. The menu focuses entirely on pork, cooked in traditional Mexican style, including dishes like pork belly, lean and moist carnitas, ribs with sweet salsa, and pulled pork tacos. The food is delicious, with very tender and juicy meat, superb house-made corn tortillas, and numerous salsas. Complimentary chicharrones are served instead of chips. Service is amazing, with very attentive and friendly staff. Rice and beans are sold separately, and drinks come in bottles. It’s a fun, cultural dining experience for the whole family.
