I visit this location several times a week not to mention my husband and daughter frequent this location. Last night the service was HORRIBLE!! I called as soon as I made it home to inform them of the items that were left out of my order. Well they answered and hung up on me a numerous amount of times. They literally picked the phone up and hung it up (I didn’t call back to back I waited several minutes between each call) after an hour and 45 minutes the Manager Amanda finally answered. I expressed to her what happened along with the hang ups she was very pleasant and apologetic. She offered to replace my food and issues gift cards and stated she would be there tomorrow from 9am-7pm and if I couldn’t make it at that time any manager would be able to accommodate me. Well that wasn’t true I was told to come back when she was working because they were not aware and after talking to them for a while they decided to just replace the food and still stated I need to come back for the gift card. They had me waiting behind a number and guess what they still got a simple order wrong after I gave them the receipt. I’m totally disappointed with the service and the fact the other two managers at the window act as if I was fabricating the conversation I had with Amanda. This is very disappointing especially coming from a organization that suppose to have high standards.
I frequently this location. I’m acquainted with the women that work there during the day. I have always complemented them on their service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. They are very organized and running like a well old machine.I ordered from my app tonight to pick up at 6:10 PM. I arrived at 6:15 stood there and waited with a few other people for another 10 to 15 minutes. The children that they had working tonight are not ready to be left alone. The place look like a wreck behind the counter. There was food all over the counter in front of the register. This is not what I expect from this particular chipotle.

Ordered on the app for pickup. Arrived for pickup with my dog, and the parking lot was packed. Pulled into the drive thru, and when I got to the window, they were preparing my order. While I was waiting, the young lady at the window offered my dog a "puppy cup." Didn't know what that was, and she explained it was a small cup filled with whipped cream. So, not only took care of my order but also got something for my pet! Great service at this location! Will definitely be going back to this location! Great ? job, guys!
