I recently went to this Chipotle location to grab a take-out burrito bowl for lunch, and unfortunately, it turned into a very unpleasant experience. While eating, I bit down on something hard that scraped the inside of my mouth. It was a black object—either wood or plastic—that was melted and breaking apart as I tried to remove it. It was a really unsettling experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work to improve their food safety practices.Would not recommend going here unless they can ensure something like this won’t happen again.

I hate to leave such a low review and service is always exceptional, however, I just got home from getting a burrito to find out that the protein did not make its way onto my burrito. I can't be angry or even blame the employee who was preparing it, because some manager or shift lead came from the back, eating food (yes in the kitchen) to ridicule the employees up front for what seemed to be like no reason, during this time is when the protein must've been forgotten as I was also distracted by the non sense coming from this 'manager'. This experience would've been perfect if the manager didn't seem to prioritize being in control of her subordinates over customer service. This person does not need to be in any form of management if they treat people this way.

I don't know what's going on with this place, and their food preparation, my husband and I were here on Friday afternoon, we ordered a chicken burrito bowl and at night we both had vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and fever!! !! We realized it was food poisoning, definitely don't go here if you don't want to have one!!! !!!someone from the city should inspect this place, there is no way they are making people sick like this!!!

Every time I come here there is one person working the line actually working!!!!!!! while there is 6 dudes standing in the back picking their nose. This location is horrible whoever is hiring here needs to stop. EDIT- just to add to the fact, the last 2 times I have come here I have left before even ordering because I was standing so long.

I normally go there on Sunday for lunch signs says 10:45 AM opening and I get there before 11 and they still have the door locked when I get in there. Nothing is ready, No staff is prepared to serve food. They look tired and like they don't want to be there. This place has changed to the worse since few years ago.

I came in at 9:30, an hour and a half before close. They were out of every protein option except chicken and beef and the person on the grill wasn't making any more or doing hardly anything at all. I work in food and I understand wanting to get closing tasks done early so you can leave at a decent time but it's just inconvenient to a paying customer to have limited options because you don't feel like making more, a whole hour and a half before you close. If I was the manager at this establishment I would definitely say something and hold my team accountable.
My son ate here Tuesday. By Tuesday night he was vomiting with diarrhea. After he was well enough to leave the house to get checked founds out he caught food poisoning. He ordered the chicken quesadilla. Buyer beware if you don’t want food poisoning.

Do not order pickup at this Chipotle! For years, my office has been ordering pickup at this location a couple times a month. Going on two years now, every order is missing parts. Usually, every burrito is about 95% rice and the rest is beans and a few pieces of meat. With no one to monitor the burrito making process, obviously quality will suffer. Mother in law insisted on ordering for pick up yesterday, same result. Wife’s office has the same results. Dine in mediocre, but for the love of all that is burritos, do not order pickup at this chipotle.

This Chipotle should be named pick and choose Chipotle, because everytime I'm there this exactly what I experience. Today was no different from the last few times I have been. The person in front of me get a hefty scoop but when it's my turn I get a small scoop (don't all scoops suppose to be equal accross the board). When I say something about it I'm told an extra portion cost $7. But it was free for the person in front of me, huh? Our meals cost the same price. This is the last time I spend my money at this pick and choose location.
