How can you be out a signature item like your new smoked brisket at dinner hour???
Poorly managed restaurant!!!
My oldest daughter Brianna likes Chipotle and orders on her app an average of once a week.
A couple of weeks ago, she ordered and the pick up time was in 20 minutes. We arrived at the appointed time and the was a vehicle at the pickup window. 18 minutes later that car received their order then pulled forward. I moved forward, the employee asked our name and proceeded to tell us that they would have to make the order.
