The place is excellent, I only make one observation and that is the music, they should look for or demand that the DJs have current modern music of different genres, because the times I have been there I have noticed that they play a lot of old music, especially reggaeton music. 20 and 25 years ago. But in general the place is excellent.

It used to be a good place, now the music is really bad, overcrowded, no dress code has made it ghetto. Don't recommend it.

Waitress was HORRIBLE! She was so confused and lost on her own prices . We had a party of 12 and to sit down she told us we would have to collectively spend $250 which would be no problem but then we inquired about the “vip” area in which she said it would cost the price of two bottles $180ea again not a problem. The problem occurred when she tried to seat 12 of us in the center seating which at best would only accommodate about 6 people we asked why we couldn’t get one of the TWO “L shaped” sections which had more seating to fit us all in which we were told those were reserved. So no vip for us needless to say. As the night passed one of the “reservations” came to sit in one of the two L shaped sections and it was LITERALLY only TWO guys. Crazy we spend over $1,500 for such a mediocre experience. Oh and that other section stayed empty the entire night, this place is trash! If I could give the service negative stars I sure would!
Atmosphere is great and so is music, but bartender (Yoselim F) was rude. I understand it’s loud and it’s a long night, but getting upset that I tell you my order is wrong isn’t my fault. I ordered a single shot for two people somehow is $70 with tip! Insane! No offense, love the place, but sheesh! She’s ringing up two extra drinks! Halloween sucks and I wanna be understandable to staff, but don’t be a jerk first.

Not the place to be, security is a pack of bullies. Go across the freeway to arandas its a way better atmosphere and they have great food to sober up!

When I was in this place, I put my card in when ordering the first two cocktails, we continued ordering cocktails with my wife, when we were about to leave we decided to pay in cash for the consumption we made, approximately 120 dollars and I tipped 20 to who attended us, all this was on a Saturday night, on Monday I was surprised to see that they debited the total value of the account from my account, I personally went to the site and spoke with the manager and I think I also explained to the owner that the bill had been paid in cash, that they should check the cameras if necessary and explain who had attended to me all night, but they didn't care, they ignored me, in conclusion, THEY ROBBED ME and that stayed that way, and over time I spoke to people to whom the same situation happened. Great care.

Music is terrible! I’m in my birthday and can’t even dance because it keep switching the music. Just play a Spotify playlist and that’s it dance floor is empty.
