Dear Dairy Queen Team,
I am writing to express my concern about how my transaction was handled today. I visited your 20510 Farm to Market Rd location in Cypress, Texas, around 12:18 p.m. CST and placed an order totaling $58.02. When the order was first rung up, the total displayed was $89. When I questioned the difference, I was called a liar — something I personally heard said about what I had actually ordered because the speaker was still on.

I redeemed my 5 spoons collected for $5 off. I accidentally exited it out the app we showed them the history of the app that I have redeemed with the redemption code, date in it. But no they can’t give me my $5 that I work on collecting. So disappointed what’s the purposed of collecting spoons and they are not honoring it even there is evidence that I redeemed it just 2 minutes before ordering.
I asked for Texas toast and this is what I got
