“Went to the diner today and had a problem, while waiting for our food noticed one of the employees cleaning. She moved the the large seats on the window side and started sweeping and created a dust storm another couple complained and she stop but when she left 2 ROACHES was spotted crawling alone the window....we called our waitress and told her we were leaving because of the ROACHES. She said ok and walked away.“

“Great wait staff, good food! The restaurant needs a good scrubbing and refurbishing. The Venetian blinds adjacent to our booth were covered in heavy dust. The bathrooms are worse.“

“We’ve been to the House of Pies many times since moving to the Woodlands almost 4 years ago. Food is always good, service is always great.
The other night we noticed that there was a 2% fee on our bill. It’s called a restaurant fee.
Also because of their new POS if you pay with a credit card there is also a fee for using the card.
Plus if you put the tip on the card the restaurant takes a cut from the waitstaff.
I know times have changed and things are much more expensive than before.
It takes a huge pair to hit up your customers and employees because of new technology.
Just increase your prices all around. Don’t steal from your employees and stick it to your clients. Don’t try to hide your increase with BS methods.“

“I don't usually write reviews and I stopped going to Denny's because of the service but I decided to give it another try last week and I'm happy I did there was a totally different atmosphere and one of the employees I don't know if he was a server or a host but he just made me change my mind entirely about The establishment the young man went above and beyond to make sure my visit went well.“
