It is a good Mexican restaurant. We ordered chips, chicken burrito, chicken gordita. Their habanero sauce is really good and we got one for to-go as well. The food portion is good . The price is reasonable. and the atmosphere is awesome. I highly recommend. Service was quick and fast with a friendly atmosphere.
I went in optimistic hoping for something great and left with an awful experience today.
I Ordered a carne asada torta, a quesadilla, and some queso Blanco with chips. Total was over 40 dollars, which if the food was awesome I might not complain.....it wasn't....But ill get to that next....
This was a takeout order, I get home and realized I was shorted the torta. I hopped in the car, went back and it's sitting on the counter, left out of the bag. I get a timid "I'm sorry" and handed the sandwhich. If I had more time I would have had them remake, but I'm in a rush and have wasted enough time at this point.
The quesadilla was fine (only reason the food isnt rated 1 star overall), but the torta was terrible. The torta was 70% black beans 30% carne asada. What i left with that day was a sad, cold, bean sandwhich, but even at peak freshness, this would not be good.
For the price you pay, there are better options available.
There is no way I'm coming back.

Lived in Conroe going on 4 years now. Couldn't find anything good. Sometimes just had the cravings of good mexican (not tex mex) food. First time here on a Sunday morning. I had the menudo which was good (no harmony) in it. Hubby had breakfast plate he loved it especially the black refried beans and homemade corn tortillas. Will definitely go back for lunch or dinner to try the other items on the menu. Clean atmosphere. Great friendly service.

Loved the tacos and torta. Sauces were just amazing. Everything reminded me of an authentic mom and pop store by Mexicans in nacoddoches . It used be our staple favorite food. The only thing is our guacamole was very cold . I couldn’t find much of a taste. But overall a very good experience. I would love to come again .it was clean restaurant and pretty fast service too ! Definitely recommend!

The pricing for everything is less than transparent. However, the Quesabirria meal is the exception, and a phenomenal choice. They keep the dining room freezing cold, 60 degrees according to their thermostat, and they close surprisingly early, @8pm. The cashier is very friendly and helpful, the food was incredible, but I feel they could price their food better, and make the dining area more welcoming.
This has quickly become one of my favorite places to eat. The food is delicious and reasonably priced.
It’s a refreshing spot in the woodlands. I decided to stay instead of ordering takeout. I ordered the fried plantains, and they were delicious!
