Was almost 7pm, their closing time, so the buffet line was no replenished as often as during early hours, so mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, corn and desserts were cold or looked like they were dry due to just sotting out. Won't go at 6pm again, not its best food.

We usually get the 19 piece family meal then have leftovers for the next day. This is the second time I have been given nearly half the order in wings. This the last time I will purchase food from this restaurant.
The Point
You would think that opening cans and heating it up would be easy. So how did they screw this food up so badly. This place has halfway decent food once, years ago. Now days, the Hartz locations have sunk to new lows. And, the buffet price increased. Go figure. Quite sad.

Good buffet and the owner is great and the people that work there chicken has to much batter it's thick. Chicken tenders are small and color of the batter is not the same as the regular fried chicken its clumpy That's just me and my son some people like it. The one on 2920 is good for us thinner batter crust and the chicken tenders are just off the chain big and the batter is the same color as all the other chicken. Smooth crispy chicken!!!

My experience was awesome I drove from anothers Hartz chicken because I knew what they served Me for this order was not correct because THIS HARTZ SETS THE STANDARD I RECOMMEND YOU GUY GO AND EAT HERE....YOU WONT BE LET DOWN.

Drove 20 minutes to get to this hartz location for my take out order just to find a long black hair rapped around 3 chicken tenders I immediately stop eating my food and went back to the location and approached the manager that was a Asian lady with black hair I told her there was a hair in my food and I want a refund she proceeded to dig around my food trying to find the hair she started complaining about how some of the sides were ate and how I need to bring my drinks back she continued to argue with me getting defensive started saying that it wasn't her hair continue to argue I showed her the long black hair and once again said it wasn't hers even though I didn't say it was. I proceeded to tell her the customer's always right and that she needs to wear a hairnet .. she got really pissed off and I had to force her to give me a refund. No apology no professionalism no customer service. I drive 20 minutes quite often to come to this location because I always loved their food she was completely rude and I will be calling the health department

Cold food that looks like it has been out the entire day. Chicken tenders tasted like they were cooked with the fish. Rock hard rolls. NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!

I stopped going here a long time ago. Maybe it’s changed, idk. I went in for the buffet, they had no chicken but a wing. I asked the Latina gal if they were going to put out chicken? She kind of shrugged. So I got 2 hot wings and one regular wing. I checked and asked again. They had chicken behind them…they did not want to speak with me. Just barely looked at me.
I waited longer, and in comes a lawn mowing crew who was either family or friends. Tons of chicken brought out which they took the majority of. I looked at the Latina gal and she just shrugged her shoulders.
This was a while ago and I just never went back. Used to be a decent place.
