Hat Creek stole $100 from my family when we order delivery for father's day. When the order "went through", we got an email canceling the order almost immediately. Funny thing is, they took our money and have refused to refund it for more than a month. All they offer are excuses.
Snarky counter help. Upcharged $2 for a pretzel bun, not informed while ordering.
They put cheese on my wife’s burger and charged us another $1.29. She is lactose intolerant. We asked to speak with a manager, and the same young lady lady said she was the manager.

Snarky comments from kid at register about how they work hard to provide fresh food but we waited way too long for our food almost 35-40 minutes. We asked for no onions they even noted it on the order but still put onions on the burger.
The loaded fries were room temperature with COLD shredded cheese dumped on top, the cheese was not melted in any way.
