I came here to pick up my ham for Easter. They gave me a different ham than what I ordered, and their in-store cafe is closed. The drinks are out of order, too. I was really disappointed - I really enjoy the cafe from Honeybaked Ham and was looking forward to it. Please fix your cafe soon!

Just picked up my ham for Easter. The ladies working the counter had absolutely zero customer service! They were unfriendly and very put out. I would never order from them again!

Great service. Meant to review earlier, visited at peak times at Thanksgiving and Christmas for hams and was still met with great service both times. I will return to this location for years to comes if the quality continues. THANK YOU!

Don't fall for their HoneyBaked rewards program. It is a complete bait and switch. The Rewards Team is unreachable. A Wizard of Oz type of deal. Spent almost $1500 for Christmas gifts and not ONE reward point/dollar was given.

Honey Baked Ham is always a part of our Christmas festivities. I suggest ordering g online as I did and then pick up at your designated time.

Usually coupons are sent out for the holidays but this year HBH was definitely trying to get you to come before the rush so coupons were not offered on the 23rd.

I ordered a ham and upon pickup it was a bit u organized. No one seemed to know where to go. The line was not too bad considering the holiday. About a 15 minute wait. The employees wrenches chatting a bit too much for the rush they were serving.

The ham was fabulous. Always made to perfection. It really does last for several days and the left overs are so good.

If you have not tried this ham you are missing out.

Our first Chrismas in seven years we decided to go with turkey. We usually go with something else because turkey always comes under cook, over cooked, rotten, or left out of the order as a few examples. The lasted good one we had was from Honey Bee Hams. As for our order with Honey Baked Ham, what a bunch of incompetent idiots. We order turkey for Christmas and they give us a ham. Since when has turkey been pink, marbled with fat, and tastes just like ham. Another Christmas dinner ruined by the company supplying the food.

Ordered a 5lb ham for Christmas. Was give one less than 4lbs. The associate was nice and tried to help. The little female Hispanic “manager” could not have cared less. Her focus was on connecting the iPad chargers. The lady next to me was having the same experience. I was given another ham but was told, as I was going out the door, my card would be charged an additional $15 +. Won’t be back.

Perfect ham took about 10mins which is great for holiday season. Ladies were friendly and ham was perfect for thanksgiving.

I bought a turkey classic meal and I was not disappointed one bit enjoyed the whole experience all around. I would most definitely recommend everyone to give a try. Worker Ravi helped me out and made one of the best sandwiches I ever had.

Best Ham ever! We always look forward to our holiday honey baked ham every year. The Honey Baked Ham Co. never disappoints.I did not have a ham reserved this holiday season but they were able to provide a delicious ham anyway. Their perfectly prepared hams along with their many other sides, makes for the perfect holiday meal.
