this is where my boba addiction started. when i was around 9 years old, i hated boba. everyplace that i had gone to for boba would always disappoint me. i am originally from los angeles california, but i have family in spring, so one day we had gone to this place. i had gotten the strawberry banana boba and at that moment of skepticism before trying it i FELL IN LOVE!!! my entire family had been extremely surprised after i enjoyed boba for the first time. after then, this is where i started going every single time for boba. i mean i’d want this every day. this place is so nostalgic to me, i have been coming here for years now and i enjoy it more every visit. that exact parking lot is where i learned how to drive too lol and every single session of driving i’d get rewarded with i heart boba!! overall this place is amazing, the experience , the energy , the atmosphere. it is definitely a must have

Great boba teas and slushies! Tasty sandwiches! Excellent customer service, so friendly. They were busy when we came in but they get orders out fast. Really cool little lunch spot, highly recommended!

If you like bold coffee you can't miss their Vietnamese Coffee and I suggest adding Bobba and Coffee Jelly. Sooooo good! They also offer good food! Great service!

Their BBQ chicken sandwich is delicious and their drinks are pretty solid too. I personally like their chai and hazelnut cream tea. Would definitely recommend stopping by. My only complaint is it's a bit loud inside.

Very cute place with friendly staff but I have to stop coming here because I have repeatedly received drinks containing little pieces of plastic, I think from the machine they use to seal the top of the cup? This is a health hazard 🙁 happened to me once and I stopped going, after a while I thought I’d give it a try again but same thing, plastic all in my drink
Cute little place. Friendly staff, albeit very quiet and reserved. Drinks were done before I could even finish paying, and delicious. For those who decide to sit in with their drink, I would warn in advance that the chairs are not the most comfortable, and definitely not for anyone who has difficulties getting up or down.
