The bbq sandwich was amazing 10 out of 10 but the matcha tea with boba wasn’t. It’s grainy which is so disappointing since I love matcha tea.

Made the mistake of walking past this gem for five years. The hazelnut cream tea is unique and absolutely delicious! Their tapioca pearls are chewy and well cooked. The price is more affordable too, around $5 for a drink. Highly recommend.

A great Boba shop with great service. I go here a lot and every time they make it quickly. They also have a nice place to sit and chat. In a good spot in the shopping mall too with a place where you can look out at the road and other shops.
Parking: Normally has an empty parking lot with lots of space to park

I love this place. They are clean and they actually give you enough Boba. I’ve been to several places and I do like a lot of popping Boba in my drink. So I usually get double strawberry popping and double green apple popping. When I go to other places they do not double it up. They charge you but, you don’t get many this has always been my complaint. My friend told me about this place and now we go there at least twice a week. Absolutely love the service. They have never once messed up the order. We have DoorDash it. We usually do six at a time because if you buy five you get one free. It’s a great family night out. I highly recommend
