We visited IHOP yesterday and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. The moment we walked in, there was an unpleasant smell that set the tone for the rest of the visit. (Smelled musty) Our server was polite and did her job just fine, but the food presentation and quality were seriously lacking.
It felt like the kitchen staff just slapped everything onto the plate without care. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes, and it was clear the strawberries were soggy which made me not even want to eat them I left them on the side. The pancakes themselves were cold, which made the whole dish feel like an afterthought. For a place known for breakfast comfort food, this was a letdown.
Overall, I left disappointed and won’t ever go back to this location.

I visited this location on August 5, 2025. The ac was not working so it was really difficult to enjoy the meal. When we arrived they had huge fans in place and I initally thought it was to dry the floors but it was to circulate the air. Oddly enough, it was freezing cold in the restroom. The ac issue wasn't apparent to me initially or we would have left and visited another location. The staff was friendly and everyone was working hard to make the best of the situation for the customers in there.

our server caroline was the absolute best! she was absolutely so sweet, and working her absolute hardest! she really made sure we were taken care of, and made sure everything was perfect for us. i would come again just to see caroline. literally one of the sweetest people i’ve ever had as a server!
