Pizza was very good. We will be back! However, this was a take-out order and they added in a $3 tip. I would prefer to make that decision myself. I tried to take it off, but wasn’t successful. Tips are for customers to make.

Hate to negatively review a local establishment, but this was our first time trying their pizza. Let's say the pizza and garlic bread dough was like eating the sole of an old boot. The deep dish pizza was burnt, and so was the garlic bread. There wasn't any flavor to the pizza as well. Unfortunately we won't return.

I tried Jackpot for the first time this week. The pizza is mediocre. Nothing special about it. It is quite expensive for mediocre pizza. What really turned me off is that I ordered pizza for pick up and was automatically charged a tip. Why force a tip on a pick up order? What did they do to deserve a tip other than their job when they made the pizza? These tipping expectations nowadays are out of control!! I will never order from here again.
