I always enjoy coming to this Jamba Juice. Yes, the oven was broken today, but that didn’t stop us from ordering other items from the menu. There was only one staff member working, and she was also training at the same time. That is completely not her fault, the store was clearly understaffed.

The Jamba store itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. It’s always well organized, and you can tell they actually take pride in keeping the place nice. The layout makes it easy to order, wait, and grab your drink without feeling cramped or overwhelmed, even when it’s busy. It just has a good, positive vibe when you walk in.

I am so excited to post this review due to the fact that I’ve noticed several reviews that mention spotty customer service - therefore I love to report that my visit was EXCELLENT! I was cheerfully greeted the moment I walked in the door by a super friendly young woman behind the counter.
