Super nice staff, great subs! Jose is awesome

Staff was polite but also kinda didn’t seem like they wanted to engage customers. The bathrooms have an awful smell that kinda lingers out to the dining area and makes it hard to eat we honestly left before finishing because it made me lose my appetite. We were not informed that the ice machine wasn’t working until after we paid for our food and had to ask a worker about ice and that’s when we were informed. All the drinks were warm and made me regret wasting $3 per drink. The staff didn’t even seem to care and barely offered an apology. I will not return to this location as I can see from previous reviews this has been an issue for a while.

Absolute joke
Took way too long for having five people working I believe. They claimed their ice machine was broken but the drinks were still cold. Not only was that not true but every variety of drinks were hot and flat. If you’re going to charge outrageous prices for drinks not included in a “combo” at least try and make it cold and carbonated. That’s bare minimum

Two young men and a young lady working tonight very very nice and working very hard making great sandwiches.

The people at this location are rude af. They will not help you if your from door dash. So dasher be aware and they will look you in your face and ignore you 🤷🏽‍♀️ the manager needs to correct this

I’m here at 8pm on Friday 5/23/25 and the entire crew has been the best! It’s great, I can’t even tell they’re about to close in an hour, on a holiday weekend!

Always enough meat, fresh bread and fresh veggies. Price is fair and the people are friendly, What else could you want? So yeah this is a solid 5 stars. Don't change J. Mike's!

No bread just wraps...

All-around excellent & very professional customer service. This is our go-to location anytime we are craving a sub sandwich, especially Jersey Mike's. The two young gentlemen working at this location I noticed were very courteous and attentive to every customer who came in while we waited for our order. This isn't the first time that I noticed this at this same location where we came to the first time back in February of this year. The other group of workers were just as courteous, kind, and very helpful when we placed a big order for the Superbowl. Whom every is the manager at this Jersey Mike's location, and all workers here deserve a job well done! Keep up the good work to all!
