i ordered sandwiches inside and online and I didn't receive any of the condiments that I asked for and then I ordered a hot sub asked for pickles and banana peppers never received them. The young lady on the register was nice but never switched the gloves after adjusting her hat and touching the register it was absolutely disgusting especially considering how many sandwiches I ordered and how expensive it could be. I didn't even eat my sandwich which was a waste of money. I love jersey mikes but this location was horrible and i honestly would like the GM number I want a refund !

I guess if you want quick service you need to mobile order? I walked out because I stood there for 10 mins while they made a bunch of mobile orders.. not once did someone say “sorry for the wait we will be right with you” or anything of the sort. I don’t think businesses understand just simply greeting someone or letting them know they will be with you shortly goes a long way. Walked out and no one even seemed to care. Went to jimmy John’s and walked out with my sandwich in less than 2 mins. Will not be back to this location.

Did order when give a sandwich just because a white said i did when i did not say a word. I did not even place an order. How did thAt happen. The staff was happy for me to just leave. So i did. Never had this at Jerry Mike's. Never here again.
Always, always, always an excellent sandwich and superb customer service.The one and only time a mistake was made on my order (during a super busy time), when I mentioned it to them the next time Mark went above and beyond—not only making things right, but making it better than right.I never was a big fan of sandwich shops until I started going to Jersey Mike’s. Now Mike’s Famous Philly (add bacon and extra meat!) is my favorite dinner!

We placed a catering order for a work lunch, and all everyone can talk about is how GREAT the sandwiches came out!!! Not only did the store accommodate us and have our order ready 15 minutes before we initially scheduled our pick up, our food was put together with care.The gentleman who carried all the boxes out for me( I wish I could remember his name) had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He was friendly, courteous and set a positive tone in the store....plus I saw him RUN back inside to help with a lunch rush coming in.The store was super clean too. Great location!!
