Jersey Mike's Subs

Kitchen and staff management is poorly run. I ordered a cheesesteak had 5 customers receive cold subs and my order hadn’t even been thrown on the grill. I left and ate food elsewhere. That was the last straw for me. Every time I go to this location the wait time is astronomically long. (Like interstellar black hole long) and service is subpar. The jersey mikes further up on 2920 is top notch and where I will give my business. It’s a further drive from home but a closer drive from work. Won’t ever stop at this location on a weekend for a bite to eat like I used to for lunch.

Don’t go to this location if you’re ordering cheesesteak. They will make 5 cold sandwiches for every customer after you before they even put your order on the grill. Walked out and got a Aztec burrito next door.

I haven’t been here in a while, but I went in tonight and service was better than it’s ever been! Miss Laura and her crew helped me out and was very kind and patient. Food and service was wonderful.

Vegetarian options: I had the Portobello Swiss and needed accommodations made to it, and my husband had the Big kahuna (has meat) both were excellent.
Professional is what I know the most with Miss Laura and crew they were excellent!

Mia was horrible I asked her to toast my bread” she said she forget” then half ass toasted it and then threw my tuna on top the bread with her hands. no customer service at all the sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever been served and day old Tuna to top it off don’t go when they first open 🤦🏽‍♀️

Very bad service, today October 31 at 5 a girl served me and she made my 3 sandwiches badly and treated me badly...

LOVE all I’ve gone to! All residents where I live got coupons in the mail. Great food, service and atmosphere for dine in or take out!

So I went to Jersey Mike's very late today and there was a worker there named Peyton very friendly guy. He was welcome and he spoke well he behaved well he was very happy at his job and he was just a great employee. I would say this is by far the best service I've ever had not just at a Jersey Mike's but any restaurant

Great service

This is by far the one of the worst Jersey Mike locations I've wasted money in. I've given them multiple chances, and each time, the service has gotten worse. I will never visit this location ever, and as of now, I may never go to another location again.

My husband and I got a giant Italian to share and it was so good! It was loaded with meat and we added lettuce, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. I could barely finish half because of the meat piled on but it was so good that I managed to, along with a bag of spicy pickle chips! I would definitely recommend them and will definitely go back! Next time I'm adding banana peppers and probably top it off with an olive tapenade at home! My husband also mentioned that he really likes that they make it fresh, including slicing the meat in front of you!

Matt is an excellent manager who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! Latoya recommend sandwiches that sound mouth watering and I’m anxious to try it my next visit. I eat JM weekly and this is my favorite location! Thank you, Matt and JM team!!

Went in today the store was being cleaned and there was dust and dirt piled up in the middle of the store, regardless I was greeted very nicely by the employees. I ordered my sandwich all was good until a young lady that worked there came out of the restroom combing through her wig and then stepping in the sandwich area and putting her hat on. She was the one who wrapped my sandwich which when I came home I found a hair dead center of the sandwich ? I know it’s just hair but it certainly took my appetite away
