I order a sandwich, paid and waited. Later I realized I didn’t get my sandwich after 3 customers came in & order theirs. They all received their orders. I finally had to go ask the workers what occurred only to find out my order was thrown to the trash how convenient… they made my sandwich but I just avoid this location.

It's just too slow at lunch time. It seems to have high turnover and I hardly see the same person twice. They need more help at the rush times. It takes 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Too many online orders. They need a second line for ppl eating in

I had ordered through the app, and on the special instructions I had added if they could throughly grill my turkey since I am pregnant. When I got there to pick up my order, as I’m leaving I turn around to try to ask if they grilled it, as the app said not all special requests would be done. I didn’t even start asking when a younger female worker cut me off and rudely said “yes I did it”. Since she didn’t even give me the chance to ask, to clarify I asked if my sandwich was grilled, and she annoyingly said yes. When I got home, thankfully it was grilled, but my giant philly cheesesteak was only made with only meat and cheese. No onions or bell peppers. When you pay $18 for a sandwich, you would expect for it to be made with all the ingredients. I double checked my order to make sure it wasn’t my error, and it wasn’t, it clearly said it would come with it. Overall disappointed with my experience.

My mother-in-law and husband were just at this Jerseys Mike and she had accidentally left her purse. Less than 5 minutes after leaving she realized and immediately called them to let them know she had left it and they started to head that way. The lady who answered said she was calling the wrong store. When they got there my mother-in-law saw the purse was not there. My husband immediately got on life 360 and noticed it was showing it in back of the store. They drove around the back and heard her phone ringing deep down in the dumpster. My husband had dig through a lot of trash to get to it. It was in a clear Jersey Mike bag (her purse and phone) with napkins. My mother-in-law had $250+ dollars stolen out of it. My husband went back in to see if he could get a look at the video footage. Store manager reported it takes corporate to get it. Harris County Constable office was reached and they did a police report. My husband confirmed with the manager that the number called was their store. I didn't understand why the employee who answered the phone lied. I dont know why her purse was in a trash bag that matched the ones in the store. I dont understand why someone couldn't look at the footage of the camera right above our table to see who picked up her purse. We were only gone less than 10 minutes.

I always like going to Jersey Mike’s in the area where I live (Cypress). I have to be over this way for physical therapy so this was perfect since it was right across the street. Grabbed my usual meal and took it home to eat. The guy who made mine was making three other ones at the same time and he didn’t make a mistake on any of them. Clearly a master sandwich/salad maker. Keep up the good work guys and gals!

I went Monday August 25th and costumer service was unprofessional. Bad experience on my first time here and I don’t think I’ll back. The employees there don’t want to sell. I think the girl was the manager because she said that to another costumer. Also most of the tables were dirty.

Usually this location is great but recently it's been missing the mark. The bread was cut so weird. The bottom of the sandwich was thin like a tortilla and the top was flat but not extremely thin. Disappointed.

These guys were so friendly! Unlike my first experience with J. Mike's, these guys kept a clean and inviting environment. Most of all, THEY were attentive and friendly! Keep up the great work, gentlemen!

I would not recommend going to this location if you can avoid it. The manager or whoever they grabbed to problem solve didn’t give us a literal piece of bread we asked for, that we obviously would have payed for it, he said it was due to “inventory issues”. I asked again and he said there’s just no way to make that happen. What. It’s bread. Isn’t this a sandwich shop? Incredible.
They also gave me a completely wrong order and didn’t add any Italian meat. Cool.
The lady at the beginning of the line asking my order also had unnecessary attitude. Like I’m inconveniencing them to do something.
This had happened to me the last couple times I ate at this location, so not a first. Enough of an issue to change my good mood on my day off. Anyway, disappointing considering it’s my favorite sandwich ship and it’s close to home. But will be going to another location for sure!!!

I’ve never had Jersey Mike’s subs before, and I don’t think I ever will after this experience. I placed an order for a sub, but for some reason, they never made my order and the multiple drivers that attempted to pick my order kept telling me the order wasn’t ready up until jersey mikes closed without ever making my order.
