Was looking for a place to order iced Vietnamese coffee. Stopped by here- sooooo happy I did. Not only do they have it, but it’s amazing. The owners are fantastic and very accommodating. It has gotten to the point where I can call ahead of time and she has it ready when I get there. They are super sweet. I have tried the nachos from here- who doesn’t love a good nacho every once in a while?! They were great too and full of meat, cheese, bacon, peppers, etc. Unfortunately for health reasons I have to be gluten-free, but their donuts, donut holes, and Kolaches look & smell amazing! Plan to bring my kids by this weekend. They have breakfast tacos for the hubs which are fresh and delicious. Honestly they have a huge variety of things to order whether you want breakfast or lunch. A great little spot in Spring- so glad I discovered.

Super sad to see them go, excellent owners with amazing food! It’s a shame greedy landlords push good tenants out by raising rent by 20%. Speculation is for the clinic to take over the whole strip.

Finally had the chance to stop. Nice setup inside, good variety of breakfast choices and drinks. While the kolaches really stole the show, especially the Philly kolache. The old fashioned donuts fell short. The few we had were pretty stale, on the harder side and very crumbly. Although disappointed, it won't stop me from giving the donuts one more chance. Looking forward to another Philly soon!

Great kolaches place and rivals any of the chain stores. Philly cheesesteak and pepperoni are super good flavors to try.

I would give it 5 star but it was my first time here and chicken Philly kolache was so chicken was season just like the philly cheese steak. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly. Wish I had one by me would go alot

First visit this past week and we really enjoyed it. The space is spotless and there's a ton of choice; everything we got we enjoyed, some a little more than others but there was nothing we didn't like. Particular faves were the breakfast bun and the egg and sausage kolache; the apple fritter was very good also. The lady who served us was friendly and helpful. Go buy from this great, local small business!

This place is amazing, they serve both breakfast and lunch. Super friendly service and I've tried from their donuts to breakfast items to their banh mi. My favorite is their boudian kolaches for breakfast!
I live right next to this place, and I highly recommend this spot. I eat here at least one time a week. The kolaches are perfect everytime, there breakfast plates are great, and the drinks are so good, but what really makes this place great is the customer service. The lady's behind the counter are so polite and helpful, and everytime I go in I leave with more than I came for.
