Was looking for a place to order iced Vietnamese coffee. Stopped by here- sooooo happy I did. Not only do they have it, but it’s amazing. The owners are fantastic and very accommodating. It has gotten to the point where I can call ahead of time and she has it ready when I get there. They are super sweet. Super sad to see them go, excellent owners with amazing food! It’s a shame greedy landlords push good tenants out by raising rent by 20%. Speculation is for the clinic to take over the whole strip.

Finally had the chance to stop. Nice setup inside, good variety of breakfast choices and drinks. While the kolaches really stole the show, especially the Philly kolache. The old fashioned donuts fell short. The few we had were pretty stale, on the harder side and very crumbly. Although disappointed, it won't stop me from giving the donuts one more chance. Looking forward to another Philly soon!
