Biscuits were hard as a rock. I'd have been embarrassed to serve those to someone. They literally crumbled to powder if you squeezed them.

Ordered the l8 combo in the drive thru which consists of three pieces of fish. When I got home and opened the box I only received one piece of fish. Drove back to the store expecting at least an apology but instead I was made to feel like I was lying. Managers response was “ I know I put three pieces of fish in there”.. as if I drove all the way home and decided to get over for two extra pieces of fish..
The drive thru service at this location is absolutely HORRIBLE! The service is extremely slow, then I was told to drive around near the door and they would bring my order out. I waited literally 27 minutes until I decided to get out and go inside. Long story short, they had forgotten about me!!! On top of that, they weren't even apologetic, instead they were rude and nonchalant.

This is the second time our order was WRONG. Each time I went inside to order (8 piece bucket with 4 wings and 4 dark meats.) Both times they gave us 2 wings, 2 breasts and 4 dark meat. Just wanted to let you know you have lost a customer. In our opinion, they should have told us they could not fill the order as requested.

I ordered a meal combo at 8pm granted I do get off work late so I do understand things may be limited. I am aware this location closes at 10. I ordered a meal combo at 8 pm and I was advised there would be no sweet tea available after 8pm although the closing time was nowhere near soon. That was very disappointing seeing that I do not drink carbonated drinks. I feel this was a huge inconvenience seeing that I ordered two hours closing time and I could be not accommodated. Such a huge disappointment. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

Ordered. Told to pull up and wait extra 5 minutes for white. Fifteen minutes later still nothing, yet others are being given something and they're outta here. Never again. This place is invisible to me.

We had horrible service tonight. We were missing items from our order. We ordered for pickup at 5:00pm didn't get the order til 525. We won't be back.

Overly salty chicken that while hot, took 40 minutes from the time I placed the order to when I got my food and it's not like they had cars around the block. I didn't get my biscuits and the condiment packets were all sticky. The employees were pleasant at least. But I could have gone to HEB across the street, picked up a whole chicken, butchered and fried it myself and still eaten sooner than I did by ordering from KFC.
