I bought 10 kolaches and lady refused to give me a box because box is only for a dozen kolaches?. After insisting, she gave me a box and charged me for it. Never coming to this location again. Kolaches were also a fail. Product I received looked more like biscuits; very little to nothing filling.

This is my go to location since two in my area that were closer closed their doors. This location is good I just wish the customer service was a bit better. Make me feel like you appreciate my business because from working in the service industry If we don't have customers we don't have jobs. Anyhow as a company they have a good product. I just wish when creating new limited time Kolaches they come up with more vegan options and Kolaches without bacon for those who want something different that don't eat meat or pork products. I would like to try the millennial but. it has bacon and I am curious how warming up a kolache with avocado is going to work or how they are going to keep the avocado from turning brown before it is served.

bad customer service! ordered online in advance worth $90 and wrote SPECIFIC instructions to separate orders due to allergy. the lady in the cashier today told me “oh we don’t look at the order at the back, it’s written on the box”.
kids don’t read the box when they eat. even if it is written, these bread looks the same. what’s the purpose of ordering online and they don’t follow instructions?! this store needs to know the liability of selling food and they can cause life and death situation cause they refused to read instructions.

Everything I had was delicious. Only downside is that I learned at this location the early bird gets the worm. It was my fault for not looking but they were out of a lot of the good ones like the pizza, sausage and gravy, and philly. Whoever did the chicken enchilada filling seasoned it to the gods. These kolaches were fresh and each one was amazing in its own way. The service was so kind and patient. They even told us which ones were coming out fresh and brought us the food and coffees to our table. It was cleaned and we'll maintained. I highly recommend cream spinach and the raspberry Danish, but you can't go wrong with anyone. Coffee also pretty good!
