They open at 7 on Sunday and I was there at 7:05 and the kolaches on the shelves were already cold and needed microwaving. What time do I need to show up to get a fresh hot kolache? I was so surprised when they asked if I want it microwaved 5 minutes after open. Super strange.

Wow!! I gotta say I always wanted to try some kolaches but never had the opportunity so I happen to be close to this location and finally decide that I wanted to try some of this!! I went in and this very helpful woman made my experience amazing, she suggested the bacon egg and cheese and MADREEEE DEEE DIOS. Tasted like heaven. LADY you are amazing. Great customer service I loved the ambiance and the place looks stunning, very clean and the kolaches looked very delicious, new favorite unlocked! Hoooray for Lady!!!

I usually go to the one on Rayford always on my way from my drs appointments I now have a new commute in the mornings that allows me to pass by this location which I was excited for I was the first customer in this morning and was greeted with poor customer service. The lady was rude from the speaker box all the way to the drive through window. Was rude about me not having 3 digit code for my rewards I told her I’ve never done that instead of directing me to it she just got frustrated that she had to type in my number. Not good to be that snappy so early to your morning customers.

I wish I didn't make this lady work so hard by asking her to give a separate box for my 10 cinnamon rolls. She wanted to stake on top of each other. She said that they only use boxes for 12 or more items. I even offer I will pay for the extra boxs. She said I don't have a way to charge a box.

Tired of going here. They never have kolaches available. Not even the staples like ham and cheese or jalapeno sausage and cheese. You have to pick from left overs items that no ones else wants. Saw a couple people leave like me. Losing customers.

Well stocked. Good food. Everyone is courteous. Inside is clean and great atmosphere. I have made this my go to Kolache Factory. Just suggestion have more variety of cold drinks. Not just cokes. Maybe some ice teas. Etc.
