Little Caesars Pizza

Bad service and very dirty food! Please never try this restaurant since the pizza maker don’t have any protection of hand during the process. They are terrible in customer service as well when long time of waiting and no customer care.
Never come back for this shop!

Do not buy here if you’re having it delivered!! Ordered delivery and they did not do the order correctly. No beef was on my pizza and they crowded the pizza with pineapples. The pizza was also not cooked and there were parts on it with no sauce, just cheese.
This is ridiculous! People spent their hard earned money and cannot even eat the food bought!
Currently on the phone trying to get to someone for almost an hour. Ridiculous!

Absolutely terrible service. They use Door dash for the delivery and the delivery driver could not speak any English, so when he handed me my order the wrong drink he couldn’t understand me when I told him it was wrong. Further more the food was stone cold, likely the driver couldn’t communicate with the Little Caesar staff to pick up the order, I noticed he was sat in the store for approx 20minutes, and he came straight to my house so it didn’t get cold on the 5min drive to me. In future I guess will load my children into the car and go pick up my own Pizza, it would make it 50% cheaper too. I have had plenty of great food from this Little Caesar’s so I am blaming the Door Dash delivery for the poor quality and accuracy as it was my first time using them. The kids will be having soggy microwave Pizza tonight!!!

I waited for more than 50 min for a couple of pepperoni pizzas and crazy bread. The bread was very bad, cold, and dry.
There were only a couple of persons working that night. They could not handle all the orders.
Two persons returns their pizzas because they got incorrect orders.

Got home last night and saw the pizza the kids had delivered. Dry and overcooked! One is pepperoni and one is cheese. I don’t know why this was even sent out the door.

Ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with jalapeños , said it’d be 5 minutes , when pizza was done after almost an hour of waiting, there was no jalapeños and she put UNCOOKED slices on after I said I wanted jalapeños and they were JUST THROWN ON THE PIZZA. I will not be coming back to this location.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a crazy bread I ordered at 6:41 PM I didn’t get my food until 7:32 PM.But that’s not even the worse part I got here at 6 and didn’t order until 6:41 and the pizza was burned. DO NOT COME HERE ON FRIDAY NIGHTS OR SATURDAY NIGHTS YOU WILL WAIT AT LEAST FOR A HOUR AND THIRTY MINS they got 3 employees only too.

Little Ceasars already get a bad rap, but let's start with the customer service or lack thereof. I personally tell the woman that I do not want a burnt pizza; it Comes out burnt, I let the lady know I don't want it now she has an attitude to make another on.

This is by far the worst little Cesar’s I’ve ever been to in any state and not based off of one visit but off of many. I go in today and there’s one worker, 6 people waiting on orders and nothing hot and ready. I waited 7 minutes behind two other people who just got there and not one worker even came to the front to greet us, tell us what’s happening or update the people waiting on their orders. I understand people can be short handed and things get busy but when your worker is just walking around with their headphones on ignoring your customers, you have a problem. I left without ordering or talking to anyone and after the pizza I got last time sucked so badly ( was under sauced and under cooked)we threw it out I should have known better then to give this store a second chance so I guess in the end it’s my fault for trying to give a second chance to them, and if you go here, you’ll have nobody to blame but yourself if you’ve already read this
