Order wasn't ready for the time asked. They said the app gives the wrong time. They were rude. Too busy listening to headphones instead of helping the customers

At this point, it’s hard to understand how these stores are still operating. There appears to be little to no leadership or management oversight, and every Little Caesars location I’ve visited has been completely disorganized. Long waits, poor communication, and inconsistent service seem to be the norm rather than the exception. This is clearly a management issue, and until leadership improves, customers will continue to have the same frustrating experience.

The girl at the register was rude to me and several customers talking about there is a 45 minute wait. I am a Food Manager and this is ridiculous. How do you operate this wait with your cashier cussing and sending people out the door

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The store was staffed entirely with teenagers who were cursing, earbuds in ears and yelling at each other instead of helping customers. Multiple customers were being completely ignored while the staff carried on like there were no customers present at all.

What made it even more disappointing was that the general manager was part of the behavior, not correcting it or setting any type of professional standard. The entire environment felt chaotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when spending my money, and this location failed on every level. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

The place is cool the only, the only big thing is that it's not hot and ready. The store seem to always be packed with people trying to get a pizza. So, I think either they need new equipment to make it a little faster to keep up with demand.

The guy was awesome

If I can give a 0 stars I WILL!!! Horrible service & food being served. I placed my order online waited outside as the time said it will take about 20 minutes. I get a call saying they had to cancel my order due to not having enough dough and running out?! If there is not enough material for making the food UPDATE THE APP instead of letting your customers know all late and expecting there food to be served correctly.

They need to hire new people at this point my crazy puffs came out looking like disks i mean is it that hard to make them perfect I’ve had little caesars. before back in my home state and they are perfect every time

Speaking as a previous Little Caesars employee years ago, this would never fly. I’m absolutely disgusted by what I paid for, and when I walked in the store, there was no acknowledgment. The general manager literally kept doing what she was doing, and didn’t even say welcome on top of that, I know for a fact that sauce cups are not supposed to be put into the hot hold unit for pick up but sure enough all of mine. We’re in there. I only got pizza here because my son asked and it had been a while since we had a little Caesars but I won’t go again.

They only had 2 employees running this place. There were no hot n ready-made pizza to be had. Everyone was standing around waiting for there pizza. They didn't even have chairs to sit and wait with this slow service.
