Little Caesars Pizza

Walked in for a hot n ready and 2 crazy breads. Waited 25 minutes and they asked me what my order was again. I reminded them and it turns out we had been waiting on bread that had come out 20 minutes prior.

Made an order on the app. Was told that they just started my order when I arrived at restaurant. Was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes to complete my order. The order had already been made 15 minutes ago. Instead of getting me, my order manager told me she would help the others behind me first before that.

Every time I do a mobile order, they never delivered the crazy sauce if I ordered the Italian bread. When I try to get a refund for the MISSING SAUCE, they said they won’t do it and they’ll charge you if you go into the store and get MISSING SAUCE.

I’m not one to make a bad review but this has happened MULTIPLE times and this is getting ridiculous.

I just placed an order and they did not send me the soda I bought and it has already happened 2 times that the Uber says that they did not give the soda

Pizza with canned mushrooms? Horrible ? it's disgusting! A pizza has fresh mushrooms! Like tomato and all the toppings, we pay extra for something of poor quality... this is really shameful. Little Caesars first and last time!

Went 1hr before they closed. And all they said they had was one pepperoni pizza in the hot and ready to go warmer….but
there were several other pizzas in there that I overheard staff say they were taking home. Maybe go to the other location where customers are prioritized.

Ordered deep dish with oven baked wings. One thing I can’t stand is paying high for food & people don’t even like doing their job. I was nice, the cashier was nice, so I’m not understanding why my pizza looks like this. Then, I thought oven baked was like original no sauce on wings. Guess I was wrong cause I have some red something on these. Heads up in case no one said anything but, choose a job you enjoy doing for everyone’s sake. If you working towards reaching the job you enjoy, then be great at what you have now. Man humans I tell you. Just money hungry & selfish.

I got 3 pizzas 2 of 3 were great but one of them came out like this. Pictures attached. Customer service was great but the way this one pizza came out was horrible!
