Everytime I place an online order and it says its ready its never ready
They always have me waiting 20-30mins more because they are missing something. Like today! I placed an order and I arrived 5 minutes after it said it was ready and there was no one in the register. When someone from the back finally saw me they asked me what I want and when I told them I had an online order they left to the back and didnt pop back out until 10mins later to tell me they were working on my crazy bread. After waiting for 20 more mins they give me my crazy bread. When I get to the car I realize there was no garlic on my crazy bread. Just flour coated bread. Just give me everything raw and ill cook it at home at this point.

When I tell you I was literally craving a pizza from here Crazy Style so since it was 10pm and yall close at 11pm I tried to call in so it’ll be made and we wouldn’t be waiting on each other
I called twice only for the phone to be picked up and hung up in my ear. If the employees don’t want to abide by the hours you say you’re open then they need to be let go this is poor customer service at its finest. So I ended up having to go to another pizza chain because this store choose to be selfish and not answer the phone

The drive thru line was backed up for over 20 min. Inside had a huge wait. You’d think with all the rush, they’d be throwing the pizzas in the oven to get ahead of the long line. Its a Friday night so understandably there would be quiet a few people. When I finally got to the window they told me that, they only have one pepperoni pizza and the wait for another one would be 20 min. At this point I had a crying baby in the back seat, and I was just ready to go home so I said ill just take the one pizza cause I dont wanna wait anymore than I already had.
This pizza was cold, brick hard, and WAY over cooked. They breadsticks were cold, soggy and limp.
You cant expect a 5 star meal from Little Caesars but holy moly this was THE WORST experience I have ever had at any pizza place. I shouldve looked at the reviews but it was just on the way home.
Just dont even go here. Its a huge disappointment.

Do not go to this location they claim that they're open till 10:00 and they were closed at 9:00.
Easily one of the worst Little Caesars in all of Houston by far.

I wrote out all my thoughts in a note app. Apparently it far exceeds the character limit for the reviews, so I’ve taken screen shots to post all my thoughts. The following two paragraphs are the TLDR:
I ordered at 5:52 and didn’t get my order until 7:36. The app said it should be ready at 6:20.
I have been a customer of various Little Caesar’s franchises throughout my entire life.
This is by far the WORST service I have ever encountered by ANY food establishment, anywhere. Period. Until this store is under new management, this is the last time I will be a patron of this location.
I do not say this lightly, but from simply observing the behavior of the employees, I would not be shocked if it was discovered that the entire staff was under the influence of a controlled substance, and I’d highly recommend that corporate issue drug tests for every single person on shift from last night.

Listen!! I know I know… you get what you pay for- but how can they tax 3 different times?! 🤣 also I ordered through drive thru, they said “10 mins” ok no problem I expected to wait for a “hot n ready” so I walk in 20 MINS LATER having to still wait an additional 6 mins. Again- cool no problem. BUT THEN!!! it was dirty! No gloves! On the phone! Phone in one hand, making pizza in the other!! Boo 👎🏽

Very rude aggressive staff, I got there at 10:40 pm through drive though and ignored me until 10::55 to say there wasn’t any pizza but they had seen me plenty of times in the drive through and wouldn’t approach me. Wouldn’t come to the window and when they did they were very rude.
We order pizza from this location weekly. The app gives you an approximate time that the order will be ready, but it’s hardly ever ready within even 20 minutes of when the app said it would be. The store is scheduled to open at 10am, and it’s almost like the staff are surprised when people come in and order food. No one acknowledges your presence unless you make awkward eye contact with them thru the warming ovens into the back, and when they do interact with you, you’re treated as an annoyance. This is one of my child’s “safe foods,” but spending money here is painful.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally report an extremely concerning experience at a Little Caesars location on December 14th at approximately 7:00 PM (19:23). This incident involved excessive wait times, lack of customer acknowledgment, unprofessional conduct by employees, and behavior that escalated into a hostile and unsafe situation.
I arrived at the drive-thru window at approximately 6:59 PM and waited over 21 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff. During this time, two vehicles behind me became frustrated and left the line. After waiting for more than twenty minutes, I called the store directly simply to prompt someone to acknowledge that customers were present in the drive-thru.
At approximately 7:23 PM, an employee finally appeared at the window. I asked how long it would take to receive one Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizza. I was told it would take an additional eight minutes, bringing my total wait time to more than 30 minutes for a single pizza—with no assurance that the quoted time was accurate.
I calmly expressed my frustration regarding the excessive wait and lack of communication and asked to speak with a manager. At that point, the situation deteriorated rapidly. Multiple employees, including the individual identifying himself as the manager, became confrontational. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff escalated the interaction, offered unsolicited commentary, and used profane language. I was told to come inside the store, which I reasonably perceived as an invitation to further confrontation.
As I exited the drive-thru area, the individual identifying himself as the manager ran outside toward my vehicle, yelling racial slurs—including the N-word—and additional obscenities. This behavior was completely unacceptable, deeply disturbing, and created a situation that felt unsafe for everyone involved. I pulled to the back of the store briefly to determine whether the situation would escalate further. Fortunately, no additional confrontation occurred.
This incident reflects a serious failure in leadership, customer service, and employee conduct. Little Caesars operates in a customer-service-driven industry, and the behavior demonstrated at this location is damaging to the brand and unacceptable by any professional standard. Excessive wait times are frustrating but can be mitigated through communication and professionalism. What cannot be excused is hostility, verbal abuse, racial slurs, and behavior that threatens customer safety.
I strongly urge Little Caesars corporate leadership to investigate this incident thoroughly, including reviewing employee conduct, management oversight, and operational procedures at this location. No customer should ever be treated in this manner.
This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had at any food establishment. I will also be submitting a formal complaint through corporate channels, as this issue deserves serious attention.

Always “short staffed” the pizza we order is never ready. We were just told it would take an hour and a half to make one pizza and breadsticks that we had originally preordered on the app and when we went in to pick up we were told this.

I’ve been here twice in the last month and left empty handed. The people behind the counter ignore you and there are always customers standing in the entry waiting on service or waiting on food to be made. Last time I went, the two employees were sitting behind the counter on their phones, ignoring me and everyone else who walked in. Horrible service.
