Little Caesars Pizza

I can't tell if the server at the window was aware of the situation, but she informed me that there were no hot and ready pizzas available. She mentioned it would take 30 to 40 minutes before they would be ready. However, if I ordered a pizza online, it would be ready in just 10 to 12 minutes. I'm not sure what the issue was, but I found it surprising that there were no hot and ready pizzas available on a Saturday evening at 5:21 PM, and that I would have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for any to become available.

My daughter wanted to try this place, and what can I say—wow. My husband placed a pickup order after working all day, only to end up waiting far too long. The food wasn’t ready, and when it finally came out, the bread wasn’t even done. He had to get a refund after waiting and leaving with nothing.

The staff were nice—this is not on them! They clearly need more support. It starts at the top. Get these kids some help.

Lesson learned: we won’t be back. Get what you pay for!

Absolutely horrible when it comes to time management! Order 2 pizzas at 6:15 order was finally ready at 7:05?? I saw no sense of urgency at all from anyone in the kitchen. And sad enough when I arrived to get my order numerous people were waiting as well shaking their heads. I also saw no pizzas on the oven conveyor. This goes to show that when they are busy they have no clue how to control the flow. Pitiful!!

I am going to give this location 4 stars but upper management get a negative 1. Who staffed this facility with all new people on this weekend 🤔. Both senior workers there all I know is when they leave work today are going to need a long shower and complete silence when the get home and I hope they get it. The girl was super nice like she always kept a great positive type demeanor. The male sent from a different location was direct which I respect but not rude. Neither of them lost there cool with me despite me having to go up through the drive through on 3 separate occasions then having to wait in my car. The female worker told me they dropped my first deep dish and had to re make it. When I got it looked like maybe they had dropped it again. Uneven and all which wasn't what upset me the most. What was most upsetting was seeing them having to deal with what they dealing with at the location right now. Minimal support in a rush trying to train new people.

I wouldn't recommend this place, I was waiting for my order for awhile and they were all in the back laughing and using foul language. The manager with the black shirt had his pants all the way down showing his boxers. That's unprofessional. They messed up my order pretty bad

Ridiculous how they have you sitting here waiting I’ve been waiting for my pizza for over 30 minutes and when I ask, what’s the holdup they want to tell me give them one second. Like get it together.

Three store employees walked past me and did not acknowledge me. I asked one of them to check on my order and they kept walking as if they didn't hear me. This store needs training on customer service BAD!

What's the point of having hot n ready as your slogan if I walk in and you tell me me it's a 20 minute wait for a pepperoni. No other customers waiting

Brayden the manager is amazing, very friendly prompt, and efficient... Since he's been the manager, the pizza are well made, and perfectly cooked... Quality has improved thanks to him, give this man a raise!...
