An associate handed me a cup of melted ice cream that turned into soup. She ran away to the back room. I asked an African American associate at the counter if she could re- make it or refund me as uneditable. I threw it away. She commented that the store was hot and all the ice cream was melting. She thought it was funny and laughed! She continued arguing back to me in front of my 3 year old son and refused a refund or remake. I left. Avoid at all cost. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely disgusting ice cream soup. Owner should be ashamed.

The ice cream was yummy. Denise was AWESOME! She actually was the only one in the place at the time willing to help customers. There was a guy fiddling with the cookies who wouldn't look uo even though 3 other people behind my husband and I and a lady (not a teenager) in a blue shirt who came out from the back to wash tables that didn't need washing then disappeared again. They should take some customer service lessons from Denise.

Terrible customer service! Attempted to close 15 minutes early with 12 customers outside. We were able to come inside after we pointed out closing time wasn’t for another 15 minutes, but then after ordering ice cream was told the slab was broke and they couldn’t mix toppings in the ice cream (because they were too lazy to clean it). Never again will I visit this location.

Infested with roaches. We went in on a very busy Friday night and waited in a long line. As we got closer to place our order we all could see the roaches crawling between the two counters by the floor. It was crazy how many there were. We left immediately.

So the website stated that they closed at 930. I arrived at 9 and the workers stated no we leave at 930 but we close at 8:45. Oscar was not in place to handle my concern. Terrible!!!
