We brought our grandbaby here to "the ice cream store". It was less than 30 minutes until close, but we were treated like they had just opened. The staff was very friendly and professional. The manager made suggestions and asked questions and our creations were delicious. We will return to this location and will try to make it in earlier.
The young kids working there were nice and helpful but the health department needs to check in on this place. I could tell on the marble slab what other customers had ordered because it hadn't been cleaned! Chocolate syrup all of the cabinets behind the workers and toppings looked old and mixed together. The toppings area was such a mess with crumbs between canisters and some stuck to the glass. So gross! But they keep those tiny tables in front of the ice cream since Covid so...read full review

The ice cream was yummy. Denise was AWESOME! She actually was the only one in the place at the time willing to help customers. There was a guy fiddling with the cookies who wouldn't look uo even though 3 other people behind my husband and I and a lady (not a teenager) in a blue shirt who came out from the back to wash tables that didn't need washing then disappeared again. They should take some customer service lessons from Denise.
