The ice cream was yummy. Denise was AWESOME! She actually was the only one in the place at the time willing to help customers. There was a guy fiddling with the cookies who wouldn't look uo even though 3 other people behind my husband and I and a lady (not a teenager) in a blue shirt who came out from the back to wash tables that didn't need washing then disappeared again. They should take some customer service lessons from Denise.
We brought our grandbaby here to "the ice cream store". It was less than 30 minutes until close, but we were treated like they had just opened. The staff was very friendly and professional. The manager made suggestions and asked questions and our creations were delicious. We will return to this location and will try to make it in earlier.
The place was a nice. The ice was delicious. The flavors great, the chocolat and cinnambun were excellent. My daugther is very pick with flavor and love it. The cookies look great. Short staff so the waiting was longer than expected. During the wait I saw how they prepare snickers milkshake (I will try need time) and I saw a puck up order (giant cookie - very nice decoration and presentation) as the birthdays cakes. I will come back
