Fresh high quality ingredients (as far as I could taste). Great customer service. Provided me with complimentary plates, parmesan, and red pepper. I hope they keep it up... Service got a 4 because I had to ask for plates but they were awesome and accommodating overall. 4.80/5.00 on my scale. Better than other chain pizza joints.
Marcos has always been by far my favorite pizza. For over 20 years. I recommend the Philly on thin crust. Even if you're not a thin crust person I want you to try it. It always tastes fresh. Buttery and crisp and perfect. I feel that hand tossed dough just robs the flavor profile of the toppings and sauce. They are pricey but well worth the money. This place reminds me of a Pizza place we visited in Gainesville Florida, awesome customer service and friendly atmosphere minus the beer crowd!
Grilled Chicken Florentine has diced chicken bites. Excellent choice if you're not a fan of tomato sauce on your Pizza. I prefer a sauce-less pizza with extra virgin olive oil, due to diet restrictions.
