I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent phone call I had with Marco's. As a regular customer, my family and I have always enjoyed their food. However, the level of customer service I experienced during this call was truly unacceptable. I contacted them to place an order for a large pizza, a medium deluxe pizza without mushrooms, cinnamon twists, and a 20oz diet pepsi. The person on the other end of the line asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which I did. After providing me with the total amount of $70.00, I asked for confirmation and decided to cancel the order. The person assured me that it would be taken care of. I must mention that during the call, the person put me on hold to confirm my request for a supreme pizza. I assume they were new and this issue is not about them personally. Subsequently, I called Papa John's and placed the same order, which came to a total of $56.00. Therefore, I went ahead with Papa John's and awaited their delivery. To my surprise, my husband accepted a delivery from Marco's and began eating with our daughter, unaware of the situation. When I finished my meeting and discovered this, I immediately called Marco's to inform them of the canceled order. A different person, whom I believe was not the one I initially spoke to, checked their records and assured me the order would be voided. I expressed my gratitude and continued with my day. However, I received another call from a woman who informed me that they could not refund my order. This was absolutely unacceptable to me, as it was their mistake and I should not be charged for a canceled order. Furthermore, she insisted that I return the pizza to them. I firmly declined, as they had already delivered it to my doorstep. Eventually, she agreed to send the driver back to collect the $70.00 pizza. My husband then called again, requesting to speak to the manager, only to be told that he was speaking to the owner. Initially, she was rude to him, but after he politely asked her to review our order history, she calmed down slightly. Nonetheless, I am still waiting to see if the refund is processed to my AE card. Regardless of our previous order history, it is crucial for any establishment to take responsibility for their mistakes and not expect customers to rectify them. Unfortunately, due to this incident, we have decided to no longer patronize Marco's.

Went in for my take out order a couple months ago. One of the young man working the dough on the right side of the kitchen (standing with my back to the street) pulled his cell phone out of his pocket, tapped the screen after a quick scan before slipping the phone back into his pocket. He then continued to work the dough. Can you say 'cell phone bacteria'? My stomached flipped as I noticed no one handling dough wearing gloves. If only he had washed his hands at the sink after using his phone. I collected my order but my family only nibbled at it after having their own thoughts about cell phone usage in a professional kitchen. We found a better pizza place, further away but worth it.

Hands down! Exceptional service! I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and this staff went out of their way to make my pizza ready in 7 minutes on a busy Saturday night. These guys deserve a raise!$ My favorite location.

Had no issues with the location until today! I always get cheese sauce on my cheese bread as a add on and the manager usually does it but he hasn’t been there and today a new person I’ve never seen before told me that they don’t carry cheese sauce just shredded cheese even mentioned the Philly pizza does not come with cheese sauce when I explained they did have it and it did and I’ve done it before he insisted I get shredded cheese I can put my own shredded cheese on some bread

Ordered pizza for the first time from Marco’s and highly disappointed. I requested extra sauce on my pizzas and it’s like they did the COMPLETE OPPOSITE and didn’t put any sauce on it. My first and last time. Definitely won’t be returning.

Not thrilled that I ordered $80.00 worth of pizza at 7am for a pick up and 10:00 pm. Store called to verify order at 930am I told them it was a 10pm pickup they said no problem. I get to the store to pickup my order and they had not even started making the order 3 lx pizza and 2 Desserts.this was food for a parry at work. Thanks to the store it made me late for my shift becouse I had to wait for my order that was Supposed to be ready at 10:00 pm. Very disappointed with the service tonight.

Walked in and had to wait at the register for someone in the back to call the cashier to the front to take the order. When your cashier walked to the front to do her job that she obviously doesnt deserve, she immediately spoke to us in a disrespectful tone and showed no customer service skills. We ended up not even ordering and leaving the establishment due to your employees actions. I wish I would have gotten her name so I can let you know. She had purple/pink short hair 5'2 Caucasian. Best of luck. We will never be going to your establishment ever again.

I came up here to place an order within the store. Firstly, I had to wait for someone to greet me at the register. The employee had to be called up to the front by the employees in the back. The employee at the register asked what the name for the order was and I assumed that she thought I had previously placed an order for pick up. She then, VERY RUDELY, repeated "No, what is the name for your order!?" This employee used such a disrespectful tone all because I misunderstood what she asked. I then left without placing an order and she didn't seem to care at all that she was costing the company money. Not only will I not be returning to this establishment but I will spread the word as well that others should also not attend this establishment. Horrible service and rude people.

Love this place great pizza great customer service but the website needs to update with the in store menu non of the prices or coupons on the site matched the prices given when ordering. I was told the codes had expired.

We order all of our delivered pizzas from Marco's. They're always hot and the delivery is quick. Mo mix-ups with toppings. Their sauce is exceptional.
