It is a Protein Bar, inside a very interesting Karate dojo. There you can sit, receive good service in a beautiful environment, while consuming low calorie, low carb and sugar-free products, such as smoothies, energy teas, proteindonuts, protein brownies and more. I am focusing on losing weight, and this place offers me what I need to control the calories I have to consume to achieve my goal!
I was thrilled to find a place where I could eat delicious gluten-free, no sugar and high protein pizza, EMPANADAS, brownies, cookies, donuts, etc! For someone like me with a long history of food sensitivities finding Nutri-Do has been a wonderful surprise. I also love their high protein, no sugar and delicious smoothies! The owner is the sweetest - incredibly kind and lovely to interact with. Highly recommend!!!!

As a parent whose kids attend karate classes at the Miyagi ken dojo, I find myself at Nutri Do Healthy Food Spring at least twice a week, and I couldn't be happier about it!
