They serve the food too cold and they pay more attention to drive through than the front customers. Ordered some ice creams and they keep postponing my order until I raised my voice at them. The tables were all dirty.

I came in trying to use my rewards points like I always do and was told I couldn't make any changes to my selection like simply removing a egg off a breakfast sandwich.very annoying and then it takes 20-30min for you through the drive thru line dont go here if you want to grab a quick breakfast before work but I've visited this location plenty of times it only happens when that short hair manager is there

I go to other McDonalds locations almost daily now because I’m traveling and away from home. This particular McDonalds started off poorly by not taking my order in lane 2, so after not getting a response in lane 2, I went to lane 1. I told the attendant no one was responding on lane 2 and she didn’t apologize, but said there was only one person working the lanes. Then, I gave my app code and she somehow loaded half the order and acted confused, asking me what was in my order and doubling items on the screen. I told her my app code again and that her screen order was incorrect and she bluntly told me to proceed to the first window where she (or someone) just handed me my receipt. The receipt looked correct and had my name on it, so I went to window 2. The order was ready very quickly, but there were no napkins in my bag and one of the nuggets was teeny tiny and slightly overcooked. I didn’t want to have deal with the drive though again and didn’t have time, so I just left.

Manager is super rude and mean. Watched her have an attitude with every single customer. Person asked for salt and the manager responded by saying I dont know what your asking for and threw up her hands and said it's over there.

Laziness and attitude. If the place opens at 5am and a customer arrives at 5:49am they expect to be served. It is unprofessional for a customer to arrive and sit at the drive thru about 5 minutes researching if you are open because no one responds. The employee only responded because the customer is asking for assistance. It’s like the employee is forced to respond. The employee is bothered if you have a code and tells you to provide the code at the window which modifies your order, then they get upset. The employee also gets bothered because customers leave, of course they will leave if you are ignoring them.

I ordered a meal but since no nuggets they charge for sauce, like not one ketchup not one ranch. Nothing. For fries or a burger. Has to be nuggets. Thats weird.

Very Rude short hair manager / duty manager with a burgandy shirt (she didn't have a uniform on). I placed my order to dine in, took the little table sign and sat down. I waited for my food to be served, like the way it's at every McDonald's I've been to. Apparently they have a different use for the sign at this particular restaurant. My food never came until I got up to ask for it. Other people would complaint while I was sitting eating my food, and these two ladies (maybe men) were mumbling after the customers exit the place. No customer service at all. Not sure why they hold a management position if they're not customer service focused. They need to go !!

Friendly staff… quite but efficient. I’ve been to many McDonald’s around town and they all have upper management that makes the crew work in a positive atmosphere!
