Again after two years later this service is still terrible, the manager Katia has a bad attitude and terrible service and racist, I had to edit this comment because I had already been here but my memory betrayed me and I forget it.....,As slow as most stores, they are a case......

Today I placed an order for two coffees at 7:18 am and the coffees were delivered to me almost 15 minutes later!! Oh my God !! If anything there were two more clients ???
Lady there that was suppose to tend the register, refused to serve me breakfast, she was no where in site until 5 min past the cut off time. She lied said she was in front.

Lady in the drive through was extremely rude that it was atrocious. Simply unbelievable. She had nothing but face piercings including a lip ( which looked very unsanitary) she needs to be retrained on how to properly provide customer service. She began to argue with me about being in the wrong lane and when I told another employee about how rude she was they walked away. I will be calling corporate to have this issue escalated.

Manager Kathryn charged us 1.75 for a water cup, this McDonald's charges for water cups. What a joke. I'm pretty sure there is a law of refusing to give free water. Don't spend money here. Not like anyone eats at McDonald's anyways anymore

It is convenient for me as I'm heading home just to stop in for breakfast when I'm on vacation, but lately, customer service has really fallen back. I don't know what it is, but I am never rude because 1 they are handling the food and 2 its just the thing to is be nice so maybe it's been ruff on the crew but I am not the enemy so I will go a little further down the highway thanks.
