In the area for a meeting and was trying to get a quick bite to eat. Drive thru taking a while so decided to go in where I noticed several people waiting for their food inside. I'm not rating a lower score because I know there could have been circumstances where they can be short handed. Hopefully that was the only set back yesterday.

Wel I went to this location as it is closer to me and I go all the time no problem, I requested fresh fries and they were slightly fresh but you could tell they had been mixed with the cold fries.. besides that I was charged $11 for three large fries when I know it’s $10.. I ordered the same thing a few days prior and it was $10.11.. I’m probably not gonna go back.. cause idk what else I was charged for to equal $11. Yes that $1 means a lot thanks 🫡

I used my rewards for a free ice cream 🍦 and the manager said they were out of ice cream and would not replace what I paid for with anything else

Ordered a Medium latte no ice so it wouldn’t get watered down by the time I made it home (was 30 mins away). They gave me my drink more than halfway empty. So they fill your drinks over halfway filled with ice. I could understand partially empty towards the top, but OVER HALF WAY???
I had a great experience today thanks to Dylan! I ordered a small hot caramel macchiato, but the machine was under repair. Dylan was quick to offer a substitute and even gave me two items in its place. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure I left satisfied. Great customer service!

The second window drive-through lady was very rushful and rude 😒 just added to our order what she felt like adding and didn't let us finish talking then our order was still wrong but before we could say anything she shut the window in my husband's face and walked off.
