MOD Pizza

Awful experience. We were the only customers in the store and the staff did not even say hi. We waiting while 4 kids just tried about who would help us. The guy who started making our pizzas had to have been new as he had no clue what he was doing. Unfortunately we won’t come back to this location.

I love eating at Mod pizza but this location of 99 and champion forest is the worst, there was only one person in front of me and as soon as they finished with his pizza the guy told me wait one sec I’ll be right back so he started doing something in the oven then went in the back room then when he came out after like 5 minutes he checked on the pizzas in the oven and started talking to another guy that was working there too and no one after 7 minutes could take my order or had the intention to do it so I just had to walk out, like I said I love MOD pizza but not at this location.

MODs slogan is Superfast. We visited this location for a workday lunch. There was 6 people in front of us and we waited in line to order for 30 minutes. We had no choice but to order our lunch to go and eat cold pizza since we ran out of our one hour lunch break. Only two employees working, this is NOT a lunch place for work days.

So tonight was a huge disappointment at MOD Pizza at this location. I arrived at 10:54 p.m., not realizing that MOD closed at 11pm. I went straight to wash my hands as my family proceeded to get their order started. Coming out of the restroom, my son tells me (we have to go) because they turned off the oven and we arrived late. It's a few minutes before 11 pm, son. I said what? No, we arrived before the door was locked... no, it's ok we can order, son. He says to me No, mom they told me No. Because we arrived from San Marcos, Texas, and our neighborhood is still without power due to the weather, I just wanted to bring my family to eat a hot meal before returning to our home with no lights. As I talked with the young lady, another worker jumped in our conversation, explaining that by the time we put our order and they made the pizzas that it would be after 11pm and that it couldn't be done in time. Keep in mind that the people ahead of us put their order in, and they were sitting waiting for their pizzas. My family comes to MOD 2-4 every other week because we love the pizza. I just couldn't believe that they couldn't make 2 more pizzas. We all have a lot going on in life, but this situation should have been handled differently. My opinion is that more training of customer service, understanding, empathy, and serving their community with giving hearts instead of an inconvenience one. I never spoke to a manager, but I'm not sure if a manager was available. MOD, please do better! I just can't believe we were turned away tonight in this time of need for a hot meal. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

Last night, we stopped by and dined in. We were impressed by the very professional service with minimal delay in ordering our pizzas. We ordered two vegetable pizzas, and both were good without any issues. One important feedback for this MOD location, and all others: you're doing great, but one thing I've noticed repeatedly is that while picking toppings for pizzas, your meat drops over the veggies or cheese, which isn't good, especially for people like me and many others who visit your restaurants for the veggie options. Last night, I spotted a small piece of meat on the edge of my pizza. I didn't make a fuss, but this happens all the time. Please pay attention to this, as it will allow us to eat worry-free and possibly bring plant-based meat options.

I've often enjoyed Mod Pizza in general but this location is garbage and I'm done after multiple experiences involving slow (or bad service) and rude behavior. Too many arrogant, contentious little jerks with bad attitudes at this location in a stark contrast with the Tomball or Spring (Holzwarth/Grand Pkwy) stores where employees are professional and friendly.The tall kid wearing the silly hat who got sassy (for no reason) and the brunette cashier who stared me down while walking past me (lol) is going to find a hard reality one of these days when they display that kind of behavior with the wrong person/costumer.This was the last of many examples of bad attitudes and slow service which has unfortunately become a trend for me at this location. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch (unless your into slow service and terrible attitudes from entitled little brats.

Food was great! I had the Caspian. Ambiance was great! I was prepared to write a 5 star review, however as I was eating I noticed that there was only 1 cashier working while 1 person was making a big and I mean big order holding up the line for 30 minutes. It took MOD pizza about that time to realize that the line was out the door and put an additional cashier.

Why can't their other locations get it right like these guys do? The management at this store maintains the quality of the product by sticking to the basics. The dough is allowed to rise correctly, ensuring an excellent crust. It is a very clean store with excellent service.

Bad service!! I next in line and the whole staff over look me like I wasn’t there! I ask the employee can u give me service and he act like he didn’t hear me at all! I am sick of the racist people ! Today date Nov 8th time 1:00pm I still love MOD pizza but this location will not serve black people!!!! So I walk across the street to taco Bell and had no problems

I've never had a bad experience at any of the Mod Pizza locations.Yesterday (Oct 19 2023)I went to the Champion Forest at Hwy 99 location for the first time. And I met an Amazing person let alone a great employee. Theo without hesitation understood the mission and with the compassion of an Angel and the professionalism that was by far superior than you could ever ask for, took what was an embarrassing situation for me personally and turned it into a positive and memorable experience. Theo isn't just a great employee but an amazing human being.Thank You Mod Pizza and Thank You Theo. Lynn (the guy you helped who wasn't from Iowa)? ?
