The staff tonight 8/31 at 930 pm and other days will purposely act like they cant recall your order and offer varying availability of items mid conversation. They did this with many cars trying to effectively string out to closing time. I don't have all night for this. There were staff chilling in the lobby waving arms to the drive thru where they would then try to get you tapping out from ordering. Please put more reliable staff at closing.

I went through the drive-thru and had a really good experience. The staff was polite and got my order right. The food came out quickly and was fresh. Everything was smooth and easy.

We came in about an hour before closing and asked to order two full family meals, something most Panda Express locations typically won’t accommodate that late. But this store was different, and the experience was truly outstanding!
Dane, the general manager, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He told us, “We’re here to serve you,” and meant it. Not only did they happily make everything fresh for us, but Dane even made a new batch of lemonade just because it had run out. That kind of care is rare!
Alberto and David prepared and packed our food with smiles and great energy. The store was clean, and the whole staff was so friendly.
This is hands down the best service we’ve ever had at a Panda Express. Thank you, Dane and team, you made our night!

Great service,good entrée,bland noodles and rice. Juices are good,but charged more than fountain drinks. Use the app to earn points towards free food
I’ve eaten here at least 15 times over the past few months. Food quality seems to have gone down but service is typically good.
Who ever is managing this location has some outrageous rules. They don’t provide samples on their new products. So basically, if you want something new that they are selling, you have to buy it in the meal, and if you don’t like it, oh well.
I asked for a tea with no ice. The staff informed me that management requires ice on their speciality drink. Unbelievable. I have NEVER been to a restaurant, let alone a fast food place that REQUIRES I get ice.
These are small things. But it seems like who ever leadership is needs to be reviewed. They are pushing BS rules that anger customers and the staff feels the brute of it.

Great place to eat, very clean, employees were great.
When I first moved to this neighborhood, this Panda Express had great food and service. For a few months now, the food has been mediocre at best. Maybe new management or something. I didn’t realize just how bad they had gotten until I visited the IAH location. It was 100% better.
My wife brought this plate in the picture today. You can see the teriyaki chicken is burnt, the chicken and mushrooms is a bit oily. The shrimp in the side was terrible. I won’t go back to this location until they change management.

Ordered a pick up from app. They gave my food to someone else. Refused to remake the food. Would not refund. Ripped me off for 40$. Do not go to this location. Worse panda in the city
