Biggest complaint is I’ve placed online orders multiple times and when arriving to the restaurant to pick up at the designated time they have not made the order at all and I’m told it’s about 5-10 minutes till it’s ready. It’s faster to just go in or go in the drive through. Idk if it’s a staff thing or process thing but man.

The lady at the front was very disrespectful told me to get out of store and informed me to store was closed 10 mins early and refused service.
Please train employees better.

i think johna is the manager bc she was a class act but the girl with “DAY” on her name tag was beyond rude. from the beginning she interrupted, slammed stuff around aggressively, rolled her eyes, then at the end asked my boyfriend if he wanted sauce, to which he replied, “yes, teriyaki.” she boxed and bagged our food, charged us, practically threw the bag at us and didn’t get the sauce so we had to ask isaiah for it. as someone who works in customer service, i can understand why some customers just walk right in an establishment and hate dealing with employees bc of people like her.

They sell their merchandise here as of a Final Sale, but that not mentioned on their receipts neither sale person mentioned to customers. Very unethical attitudes

The young guy or kid working the drive thru needs to put that shitty attitude away, nobody has time for that!! I gave him exact change, he said i can't take that, just give me the 20. I asked, do you have orange chicken, we only have one serving, well i did tell you one bowl, that means one serving, he says, the bowl comes with 2, I said, no it doesn't, it comes with one serving. He doesn't need to be working with customers. He didn't even say, Merry Christmas. His attitude is zero stars.

My husband went to buy takeout food, and wow, we definitely won't be buying from this location again. The portions were extremely small, and the employee who served him was angry and gave him more rice than protein.

Came to this location at 10:40am and the doors were locked and they told me I had to wait 10 minutes for them to open when the sign on the door says they open at 10:30 on Saturdays. Very unprofessional.

It's 10:10 and the place is closed. The staff isn't responding. I popped in before work, stood by the closed doors, and then left. Thank you, great service. If you can't open on time, come earlier or change your opening time.

Had a pickup order scheduled for 3:25 and arrived at 3:24. Arrived with 1 car in front of me. Did not get to the window until 3:35pm. It took them over 10 minutes to serve 1 car. When I got to the window I expressed that the order in front of me took entirely too long. Joanne said “I know” but did not offer an apology. When I gave her my name, she stated no order existed for me although I had already confirmed my info at the speaker 10 minutes prior. She closes the window on me. As I am fumbling through my phone to try to find my confirmation, another employee approaches the window to hand me the order Joanne said did not exist. Joanne rolled her eyes as the window closed. No apology. So what is she mad about? I’m the one that had to wait 12 minutes past my order pick up time. Tried to call the manager but they do not answer their lines here.

I cannot tell you how many times I've been here and ordered string bean chicken but only received 3 tiny pieces of chicken. I'm basically paying $9+ for a bowl of rice and string beans. Do better, this is ridiculous.

I used to save half of the bowl for dinner !

This is my first negative review, and I don’t write them lightly. It’s disappointing to see how much the service has declined since I first moved to this neighborhood, it used to be excellent. Unfortunately, my recent experience with a very rude drive-thru server tonight was unacceptable. I won’t be returning for a while.
